Item Story
Có lẽ là do tình cờ hoặc vận mệnh nào đó, mà trong Đội Kỵ Sĩ Mondstadt, Tên của kỵ sĩ tôn quý nhất và huy hiệu thú tương ứng của người đó thường là hai thứ này: Đầu tiên là danh hiệu và tạo hình "sư tử" được kế thừa từ Đội Trưởng Đội Kỵ Sĩ đời đầu, Thứ hai là "sói" của kỵ sĩ "Bắc Phong" hình như cũng từ cùng thời đại. Trên thực tế, không hề có bất cứ ghi chép nào về tên của Kỵ Sĩ Bắc Phong. Sở dĩ có tên gọi này, là vì câu chuyện lưu truyền vào thời đó. Ở đoạn kết của câu chuyện, người thương nhân (hoặc nông dân) có con gái được cứu đã hỏi: "Chúng tôi nên cảm ơn ngài như thế nào đây, thưa ngài kỵ sĩ tôn kính?" Kỵ sĩ đáp rằng: "Khi nào gả con gái, hãy mời tôi một ly từ xa là được rồi." "Haha, vậy thì thật ngại quá. Xin hỏi quý danh của ngài kỵ sĩ đây là?" Kỵ sĩ nghĩ rồi nói thế này: "Vậy hãy kính người đồng đội của tôi đi. Anh ấy tên là "Bắc Phong"." Thông thường câu chuyện như thế này sẽ kết thúc bằng cách: Lúc này trong rừng sâu (hoặc là trên sườn núi. Một nơi nào đó nằm ngoài tầm mắt), Một cơn gió ùa đến. Thương nhân (hoặc nông dân) nhìn về hướng đó, Chỉ thấy từ trong bóng tối có một đôi mắt thú lạnh lẽo như băng. Hai tia sáng này nhanh chóng biến mất. Sau khi định thần lại, thì kỵ sĩ cũng không thấy đâu nữa. Câu chuyện có rất nhiều phiên bản. Nhưng cô con gái sẽ luôn được cứu, và người kỵ sĩ thì lúc nào cũng vô danh. Nhưng câu chuyện trước khi trở thành câu chuyện, thì anh ấy chỉ là một người lữ hành lạ mặt khoác chiếc áo cũ kỹ đã thấm đẫm bụi trần. Có người để ý thấy được chiếc áo giáp được chạm khắc tinh xảo nhưng cũng đầy vết tích bên dưới lớp áo khoác. Nhưng điều này không thể chứng minh được gì cả, chủ nhân của áo giáp có lẽ lại chỉ là một người sa cơ mất đi địa vị tôn quý nào đó theo dòng cải cách mà thôi. Những người chủ quán rượu chú ý thấy anh ấy đều dùng những đồng vàng bạc thật để chi trả, ký hiệu được khắc trên đó không ai biết cả. Nhưng điều này cũng không chứng minh được gì, vàng bạc là vô chủ, có thể đổi từ tay người này sang người khác trong tích tắc, một người luôn luôn thanh toán hết tiền rượu ngay tại chỗ, và chưa từng sinh sự sau khi uống say, thì họ thật sự rất ngưỡng mộ. Mà nguồn gốc của câu chuyện xuất phát từ yêu xà trong vùng biển nằm ngoài tầm mắt, lần theo hơi ấm và hòa bình mà đến bãi biển Mondstadt. Vào thời kỳ tươi sáng mà lực lượng của Đội Kỵ Sĩ vẫn còn mong manh, kỵ sĩ vô danh đã rời thành săn bắt ma vật với cái giá là một đồng bạc tiền công. Sau đó mùi máu tanh và thịt thối đã thu hút hàng ngàn con chim ưng cứ luôn bay quanh bờ biển trong suốt nhiều ngày. Cho nên tên gọi Bờ Biển Falcon trên thực tế không hề liên quan đến truyền thuyết lãng mạn về chim ưng Tây Phong. Trong nhiều năm sau đó, Đại Đội Trưởng đời đầu đã cố hết sức để mời anh ấy gia nhập Đội Kỵ Sĩ. Nhưng kỵ sĩ vô danh vẫn không đồng ý. Trên thực tế, sự kiện chân thực tương ứng với câu chuyện về tên gọi "Bắc Phong" đã xảy ra giữa Đại Đội Trưởng đời đầu và kỵ sĩ vô danh, và Đại Đội Trưởng sau vô số lần bị từ chối, cuối cùng cũng mất hết kiên nhẫn, đem theo một nhóm kỵ sĩ bao vây anh ta trên đường phố. Hai câu nói đó trong câu chuyện được hậu thế lưu truyền đã xảy ra lúc kỵ sĩ "Bắc Phong" vô danh rời đi, tuy rằng đại ý cơ bản là nhất quán, nhưng ngữ khí của hai bên không khách khí như vậy đâu. Nhưng sự kiện như thế viết thành thơ ca thì vô cùng thú vị, nên những nhà thơ tài hoa đã dùng đoạn đối thoại này kết hợp với những sự tích ở Mondstadt của kỵ sĩ, để tạo ra rất nhiều câu chuyện. Trong mấy năm ngắn ngủi mà anh ấy ở lại Mondstadt, khi rời đi, chiếc bóng của anh đã vĩnh viễn in hằn tại Mondstadt. |

those crit rate increase is complete gimmick.
what it means by “its CRIT Rate” means if elemental skill hit opponent, then only elemental skill crit rate increase by 2% per hit.
same rule applied to elemental burst.
that alone makes this weapon limited to certain character.
this weapon is good for sub dps e.g kaeya, xinqiu, layla, albedo also good for character with frequent skill/burst usage or skill dmg as normal atk e.g nilou, and of course future hydro traveler.
ayaka seems okay with this, but crit rate sub stat is useless for her.
what about dps carry with normal atk like ayato, alhaitham, keqing? not good of course…
alhaitham main dmg source is from his skill so 35% crit on his skill at R1. It’s a major improvement over other f2p options
that’s still not bad at all, especially when a lot of sword characters’ main source of dps is their skill and burst
Most of Alhaitham’s damage comes from his elemental skill. His projection attacks are considered elemental skill damage. So it’s still great on him.
Alhaitham’s normal attack is very small portion of dmg, this one is EXTREMELY good on alhaitham and might even better than 5 stars weapon (except of course his BiS 5 star), even at R1, 16% elem skill dmg is good for his main source of dmg, plus increases crit rate over time 8% on R1 (35% crit rate max potential), this on R5 it beats Primodal jade cutter due to its passive effect (32% elem and burst dmg, 43% crit rate), the same thing can be applied to Keqing, because another thing to note spread/aggravate dmg also takes this bonuses (from skill and burst), and keqing would rather want charge attack over normal attack, with TF artifact you will most likely spam skill then burst more often due to ez energy accumulation, so normal attack boost is very small bonus for these two.
if Ayaka is build for Melt or nuke burst dmg, this is also good on her and without using the blizzard 4-pc, because only freeze team or mono cryo where crit rate is not as effective than usual. With this, you could go for Noblese/Blizzard 2pc or 4 pc emblem, compare to 4 pc blizzard which is most of the time 20% crit rate bonus and dependent on cryo status on enemies (40% if frozen) which is why she is currently optimized for freeze teams.

But that’s actually wrap things up, that this weapon only good for him.
Also if you already have umbrella weapon, spending 15$ only for this weapon is basically not worth it.
And who gonna use this on sub dps anyway if already got favonius or sacrificial sword?

Alhaitham more focused on normal atk, not skill and burst
What it means by “its CRIT rate” seems only affect skill and burst (same as The Catch)
This weapon only fit for sub dps or dps with skill dmg as normal atk only (so far only nilou does skill dmg as normal atk)
Also not bad for Ayaka or Keqing (since keqing frequently spam skill with Thundering Fury) or aggrevate Kazuha with Thundering Fury
But I don’t think this weapon worth the money for them
Most of the AlHaitham damage come sfron Elemental skill. The fact that it triggers on normal attacks doesn’t make it normal attack. Otherwise, Haran could have been better than his own Signature. His signature, as well as his kit is more focused on his elemental skill damage. The fact that this sword greatly buffs Elemental skill amd has Crit substat makes it awesom choice. I would say that it’s on level of mistsplitter for this specific case, but it depends and needs further calculations

27% rate + 32% extra skill and burst + another 4% x 4 stacks is too much for crapphoyo, trust me bro, they won’t like this

Eeh sorry disagree. Spine has a con, passive reduced if you take damage. Blacksword has no con.
yeah serpent spine is wayy better than black sword like the amount of damage you gain from it is so insane that for pretty much every dps claymore (except dehya lol) its up there with their BIS. and compare that to black sword where a few characters can use it well but it still leaves you wanting to pull for a 5* weapon for your selected character

Xiphos Moonlight is still broken (34%-36% ER for a 1000ish EM Kazuha at R1 with the same amount of EM as other alternatives). So much so, in fact, that they made it a banner-exclusive weapon.

I totally agree. My Keaya Melt will appreciate this ! At R5 it’s close to Lion’s Roar damage boost without any condition and offer way more with this tons of crit =O
