There is every reason for the following conclusion:
neuvillette will be the ayato-reverse, with a load from haitama, without an archon it is completely unsuitable for use or with very large investments.
chloride is a potential dead man of the yet unannounced nathlan.
furina is an archon, they will try to do something with it, but they will not be able to balance it to the level of xingqiu, tartaglia or yelan.
another characters is either useless and unnecessary 4 stars occupying some kind of niche, or plugs in a standard banner, after tighnary and dehya it lost all meaning.
new bp. who else cares about this crap? well, a polearm will be useful for beginners, that,s all.
new shieldbreak mechanics(pneuma/ousia), this is only reason and a thorn in the finger that can influence the choice to pull a limited banners and, oh crap, donate.
Jesse what the f are you talking about?
Don’t worry… I also had the “trying to explain”-meme in my mind reading OP’s comment.
Imagine just having fun with the game… I know… ridiculous!
3 elemental skill focused swords and an elemental skill artifact set. unless hoyo is trolling us furina’s kit will be centered around her skill
I’ll never understand the logic of BP weapons. You need to wait more than half a year just to R5 a single weapon? Lol just spend your money on a 5 star banner bro. They dumpster BP weapons at R1.
This is like pay to lose. Mihoyo should just throw those weapons in the starglitter shop.
BP weapons are a nice bonus when you are starting out and are willing to spend some extra cash. I wouldn’t dream of actually aiming for them.
From a pure value perspective the battlepass is just as much primogems for money spend as the pack offers with bonus. But here you also get the materials and a relatively strong weapon.
The 50 bucks needed for 5 battlepasses doesn’t even guarantee a weapon banner weapon of your choice. Besides that, Battlepasses are just better value in general giving much more mora, xp, talent books and resin. The 680 primos alone at BP lvl 50 are worth more than 10 bucks.
even for spenders bp has a better value then the 100€/$ top up and even with the first buy bonus you still get a little bit less wishes for the same amount of money (not to mention the other extra stuff bp offers) so tell me how is bp pay to lose? bp weapon is just a nice extra for newer players.
BP spender here. I don’t really care with the weapons. I bought it just for the extra purple wishes + primos.
$10 BP will get you:
4 purple wishes that equals to 640 primos, and 680 extra primos, so total 640 + 680 = 1320 primos
Not including extra exp, moras, talents, etc.
$15 genesis crystal store will get you 980 + 110 = 1,090 primos
As you can see, BP has better value and the weapons are just the icing on the cake.
Weapon, Mora, Exp…. all that is just a bonus, i’m buying 4 pull + 680 gem
As a collector and absolute trash-goblin: “Wohoo more weapons!”
My speculation on leaked chars recently, except 4.0 chars
* Wriothesley: Five-star Cryo Polearm? character
He’s rumored to be standard char. If he’s cryo dps then he’s expected to be Ganyu/my girl sidegrade (unless some plot twist from Hoyo)
* Neuvilette: Five-star Hydro Catalyst character
He could be mono-hydro dps? (so his icd is mediocre to not allow anyone vape consistently)?
* Charlotte: Four-star Cryo Catalyst character
FINALLY CRYO CATALYST FINALLY DRAGONSPIKE’S CATALYST HAS A USE NOW
* Furina: Five-star Hydro Sword character
No doubt: she’s game changer. Her only problem is to compete with Yelan in subdps, Xinqqiu in subdps/application, Kokomi in healing, and Childe in dps/application
* Waghild: Five-star Hydro character
Have 0 idea here. Maybe just like Shenhe he/she is dedicated hydro buffer for Neuvilette (or vice versa which should be since catalyst chars have ttds)
* M: Four-star unknown character
The name looks like Hexenzirkel’s codename so she could be affiliated with Hexenzirkel
* Sertice: Four-star Sword character
No idea
* Clorinde: Five-star electro unknown (gun?) character
She should be dedicated for hyperbloom team and/or electro reaction dmg buffer (e.g. aggravate, electro-charged, overload). If so she could potentially overtake Raiden
* Navia: Five-star Geo character
She’s gonna compete with Itto for dps, Zhongli for survivability, Gorou/Yunjin for dedicated Geo/NA buffer, and Albedo for subdps. My suggestion is that she could be fit into survivability role but a little sidegrade to Zhongli, while providing more buffs than Zhongli (seems like Venti-Kazuha situation)
* Dahlia: Four-star Hydro Catalyst character
No idea
* Lion Dance: Four-star unknown character
No idea
* Chiori: Five-star unknown character
No idea
* Mummy Girl: Four-star Hydro Bow character
No idea
* Arlecchino: Five-star Pyro Sword character
She’s gonna compete with Xiangling for subdps, Hutao for dps, and bennett for buffer and survivability. My suggestion is that she could be a burgeon dps
* Skirk: Unknown rarity Sword character
If ur Childe main then you should know her. Some theory suggests that she’s also affiliated with Hexenzirkel like M mentioned before
Conclusion:
– They could be heavily reliant on changing HP and fundamental force mechanic
– No new dendro char? If so then we may experience dendro being hard-countered (with is possible with short-dps-windowed enemies)
– Navia and Clorinde could potentially be archon powercreepers like Kazuha, which aren’t desired for u guys and me (pls Hoyo don’t)
– M and Skirk could be first Hexenzirkel chars (pls more plot for this organization pls, Fontaine’s archon quest seems to be another Fatui’s playground to cause crime)
– Why do u mostly discuss “meta” aspect? How about their appearances? Most of them have appearances already, how could I “speculate” things that are well-known? And appearances are too subjective for me to discuss
My pulling plan: Furina + my girl’s reruns. That’s it. Or M and Skirk if they can be my girl’s slaves, because I also like Hexenzirkel
Correction: “No new dendro char?…” and my speculation on clorinde conflicts each other so u guys can ignore “No new dendro char?…” in the conclusion, or my clorinde’s speculation
This is offtopic but is nagging my mind everytime i read your username, the word “skinned” is actually mean to remove literal human skin from said human. So in ur case, Ayaka is just red with her muscles.
but anyway, good analysis.
Noticed and changed. Thanks
If Charlotte doesn’t have a 4* Kamera Catalyst weapon from like an event or something, I’m going to… do something nasty to Hoyo. :p I mean, seriously, she HAS to have a Kamera Catalyst as one of her weapons!
why everybody want so much a user for dragonspine catalyst? this weapon is a complete shit it deals PSYSICAL damage, bro PHYSICAL DAMAGE FORA CATALYST USER this weapon is a complete crap.
also it already had some use for heizou freeze, and maybe scara with a cryo supp
still bad tho
I think neuvilette will be like a hydro gorou tbh
just a fantasy post
so now we have characters whose constellations buff normal attacks instead of skill or burst… im kinda scared they begin to add new constellation levels so (they get more money) older characters can have their normals upgraded too, really bad for the f2ps and kinda bad for the whales too
Adding another Constellation level is as likely as mhy adding a new weapon type to the game. There are going to be things they will not budge on in this game. Dendro was merely just finishing this incomplete puzzle.
It makes sense for normal and charged attackers to have their constellations buff those attacks. The main purpose of Freminet’s burst is to reset the CD of his E and to enter the stalking mode for 10 seconds to buff his normals. Neither of those things scale with talent level, so it makes sense to give him normal attack talent levels instead.
They should have done this sooner for characters like Hu Tao and Yoimiya, since their NAs/CAs and skill are more important than their burst. Eula and Ningguang on the other hand could have NA and burst constellations, since their skill damage is pretty insignificant. I think Mihoyo just wants to see more variety and divergence from the very common 1/8/8 talents that most characters build.
THATS NEW BP WEAPONS???? FINALLY!
I sure hope the old ones won’t get replaced with the new ones.
When is there a Hydro Traveler?
its already on the traveller’s page in characters, scroll down until you find “set #5”
Actually set #1, skill depots drifted from the beginning.
