The current percentage value of Clorinde's Bond of Life determines its effect: · When the Bond of Life value is 0%, perform a normal lunging strike; · When the Bond of Life value is less than 100% of her max HP, Clorinde is healed based on the Bond of Life Value, and the AoE of the lunging attack and the DMG dealt is increased; · When the value of the Bond of Life is equal to or greater than 100% of her max HP, use Impale the Night: Pact. The healing multiplier is increased, and the AoE and DMG dealt by the lunge is increased even further. In addition, when Clorinde is in the Night Vigil state, healing effects other than Impale the Night will not take effect and will instead be converted into a Bond of Life that is a percentage of the healing that would have been received. Clorinde will exit the "Night Vigil" state when she leaves the field. Guys, what should be her Goblet? Electro or ATK%? I read her 3 dmg bonus stacks are based on her Atk.
And what are other artifact option besides the new BOL set? Can you use Gladiator 4 piece set?
I think the electro goblet is better, but not much if you don’t fit into the atk limit for the passive.
Gladiator is a great option, but you won’t get a Q boost.
Marechaussee Hunter can only be a good option if you don’t have a crit chance in artifacts, and your weapon has critical damage, and if you’re playing with Furina. (I’m not sure if Clorinda will be able to implement the set herself)
Gilded Dreams can perform well in teams of aggravation.
If you have Echoes of an Offering (Oh my god), then it can work, but it won’t enhance Q, just like Gladiator. (In my opinion, he is worse than a Gladiator)
I would not recommend Shimenawa Reminder, since your rotation starts with Q, and each time must start with Q to get the maximum BoL (Maybe there are other rotations if you have a weapon that gives BoL)
If you have a Retracing Bolide, then it’s just a less preferred version of the Gladiator with conditions. But if you use a shield, then the set may be satisfactory.
It’s hard for me to say anything about Thundering Fury, since in 4 years of playing I couldn’t even put together one complete set. The CD of the skill is 16 seconds, the rack lasts 9, I’m not sure that it makes sense to speed up the CD of the skill, since even if you can completely roll the skill behind the rack, then when you want to go straight to the second rack, the buffs acting on Clorinda will already end.
she is dogshit at current state, if you have keqing why would you even summon for this?
Because she’s better than Keqing?
she’s better in terms of playstyle, comfort and damage
debatable in terms of playstyle and comfort + unless you’re a very dedicated clorinde puller then your keqing is more likely to have cons than her thus making damage output also debatable
Pardner, I hate to burst your bubble but Keqing’s cons don’t do that much to boost her personal damage lol, they’re 1.0 cons, they’re pretty minor boosts, if anything.
Keqing’s CA spam and short infusion makes her aggravating to play (no pun) for me on controller
If I want a quickstep character to play quicken, I’d choose Tighnari and Yae
cos she’s a hot mommy
bro’s opinion got destroyed by iiva
So from furina constellation won’t have a proper name anymore? Just quotes?
Yep. Quotes that look like they were Google Translated from Chinese and/or AI-generated, as well as description lengths akin to that of ingredient-heavy Nutrition Facts labels.
Yeah, you can look at any OG character and their constellations have short and catchy names, clear and simple descriptions with 1-2 sentences (see Jean as a random example). “Do this and get an X% buff”, etc.
Now it really seems like they’re splicing half the actual kit into constellations. Big red flag when you have entirely new mechanics introduced in cons (“Nightwatch Shade”)
Nah Arlecchino and Clorinde are very complete at C0 mechanically, Wriothesley and Chiori (I’m not even gonna talk about Dehya) were big problems with their cons though
Hopefully we don’t get another character who needs their C1 just to function as intended
i got Wrio c1 and it was worth it.
Clorinde can clear Yunjin quota consistently. Yunjin buff is also significant on her. The only other one is Ayato on AoE. Yoi can only clear 15-20.
TLDR kek vs Clor
Clorinde has 2 advantages over keqing:
1. She has better constellations
2. She doesn’t need a healer
But it’s not like she does more damage than keqing unfortunately.
Although she may be buffed throughout the beta.
Maybe she is a quality of life improvement because the best aggravated/quicken teams do not have a healer and must rely on shield or dodges.
And Clorinde heals herself.
Oh yeah, in terms of fun, she’s fun to play.
The fact that she can heal herself means she’ll be greatly compatible with Furina.
i find it kinda funny how a lot (not all, dont give me the list of all exceptions) of the more recent characters have mountains upon mountains of text for their skill… and then their burst has like one or two lines lmao
Combat is such a wasteful use for energy, the proud people of Fontaine would much rather use their energy on Nuclear reactors
Her c1 kinda seems cracked if it breaks ICD which im presuming it does? I mean she just attacks super fast in general. If this is true would C1 Clorinde and fischl/beidou push out the dendro aura applied by nahida + (any dendro that isnt kaveh)?
people keep debating of everything but farming
maybe you’re all new players, or simply addicted to gambling
to me, that shit called farming became a cancer.. the idea of passing months in domains hoping you dont get shit back it’s too tiring
and the fact that those assholes keep introducing everything in the game but important things, is the proof they’re totally aware of it, but they simply don’t want it
many fools are thanking them for those “qol” changes, without even recognizing they’re been fooled around till now, beucase if we can agree with the fact these changes “are not bad”, we should also agree that it’s not the game wants the most.
and farming has been the biggest shit since the very beginning, but nothing has changed
unless you want to say that shitbox is a good thing – but it’s another gambler crap, because there’s no reason to exchange 3 artifacts for 1, without any guaranteed result
and now farming for BoL artifacts… fk it hoyo
Genuinely, I’d advise taking a break from the game if it’s getting to you that much.
a break could be good or not, look at it as: they don’t get to spend resin, not solving the farming issue, rather the opposite, just delaying it or stacking even more of it whenever they decide to come back, if they do at all.
but the break could also just help them quit the game, which would unironically be a better result lmao
I quit the game for about a year (2.6-3.6) and it was much more fun after I returned, I never felt overloaded with farming
That said I prefer vertical investment instead of pulling every new character so that may be part of the reason
yeah, farming is the reason I barely pull new characters anymore, specially when they’re as boring and uninteresting as they’ve been recently. Only pull for like supports now, when they’re decent enough (so no sigewinne as it stands now for example); It’s better to upgrade what we already have rather than going for the brand new shiny dps that at most will just be a sidegrade to previous ones but with even more boring gameplay.
I came to the same realization. Nowadays I lose interest in new characters after the novelty wears off and now prefer getting cons and min-maxing cultured waifus from 1.x/2.x (+ good supports like Nahida/Furina)
When character designs are less appealing and their gameplay is a sidegrade/downgrade, what is even the point
So what would be good for her build wise??? Hp or attack? weapon wise too??
Build it the same way you would build an Ayato or Wanderer. Atk, crit. If you’re playing aggravation, then look for EM. The amount of ER you will need depends on the teams and your skill. But, as I understand it, the rotation will need to start with Q, and it is desirable to have it for each rotation. I may be wrong, but the situation with its Q is similar to Navia, 60 cost, you need to click on each rotation.
My Navia in double geo with Chiori is 130% ER enough. Given the electro resonance and Fischl (in some teams), then 130ER will be more than enough for Clorinda (depending on how many particles she generates herself)
Weapons are valued with high base attack, сrit, and %atk. A crafting Fountain Sword or a Lion’s Roar would be good free options.
Haran Geppaku Futsu is best in v1
can she be played in aggravate ? the lack of em scaling makes me question that but still wanna know someones opinion
Atk, EM, DMG%, and Crit all boost Aggravate damage, so yes.
