I’d say OCodex is a decent placeholder, just because natlan main dps. But thunderingfury if you have a decent set and not of codex atm. Course fury might be alot alot worse.

Generally from Fontaine onwards, the important talents are the ones augmented by C3 and C5, with C3 being the most important one (maybe). Before Fontaine C3 tend to be the more important of E and Q, since there are no constellations for NA. This does not apply to pre-1.2 characters, when the devs barely had any idea about what they are making.
The pattern holds even stronger than I’d thought it did. Out of the chars I own, only some 4-stars break it, like Rosaria with C3 buffing the E talent, and we can safely add that to the “didn’t know what they were doing” bag.
Then there’s Faruzan and Sara with C3 on their damage-dealing skills instead of the buffs – but let’s be honest, keeping their power back-loaded is fully intentional.
And Dehya actually has C3 buffing her burst, which is absolute cinema.
