  1. So in summary it’s a 60% buff to NA/E/Q dmg that has to stack up while on-field and decreases while off-field.
    And with 2 Hexenzirkel characters in the team (doesn’t have to be the equiper) it’s for all dmg types, stacks faster and also stacks off field.

    Thats pretty solid, considering that almost all 5* weapons are extremely character limited. This one works with mostly anybody.

  2. This is wild to think, but I think this bow may actually be Venti’s new Signature weapon (replacing the Elegy of the End). Since in 6.2/Lunar 3, when he gets the Hexenzirkel faction buffs, he transitions from a purely off-field crowd control support to an on-field main DPS/driver with the ability to make his best in class crowd control even better.
