How strong is this for dps Kokomo vs Amber?
in terms of pure dps probably stronger if you get good er
but keep in mind that this thing’s passive means you have to use the jellyfish after burst and you’d get no refresh to maximise damage, so may not be that great in the long run or in any team different than mono hydro

it is better on her. the only problem its stats, but free 40 crit rate at new art set will help with that
Solar Pearl is not free but also with Mualani’s crit rate ascension stat and her BiS artifact set giving her 40% crit rate, you do not need to use a crit rate weapon on her. You should be looking to maximize crit damage, HP%, and elemental mastery.
