  It is good man.. for Moulani, for Kokomi and other HP catalyst users, the passive scales with HP so it is great

My 4pc OHC HP/HP/HB Barbara with 42k HP gonna have good time with this. Pair bubbles with this, it’s like 60k physical damage out of her ass. Absolute Cinema in bloom teams
