Havoc: RuinHavoc: Ruin
Skirk's Elemental Burst is not reliant on Elemental Energy but instead on {LINK#N11130005}Serpent's Subtlety{/LINK}.
When Skirk has at least 50 {LINK#N11130005}Serpent's Subtlety{/LINK}, she can expend all her {LINK#N11130005}Serpent's Subtlety{/LINK} to unleash her Elemental Burst, ripping the space before her apart and using rapid consecutive slashes that deal AoE Cryo DMG. At the same time, the DMG dealt by an instance of this Elemental Burst can be increased by every point of {LINK#N11130005}Serpent's Subtlety{/LINK} over 50 when it is unleashed. Up to 12 points can be counted for this purpose.

When Skirk is in the {LINK#N11130006}Seven-Phase Slash{/LINK} mode, Havoc: Ruin will be replaced by Havoc: Extinction.

Havoc: Extinction
A special Elemental Burst that can be used even without consuming Serpent's Subtlety.
After using it, Skirk will gain the "All Shall Wither" effect, which will last until Seven-Phase Flash ends. After unlocking the Passive Talent {LINK#N11130007}Reason Beyond Reason{/LINK}, she can also absorb nearby Void Rifts.
While "All Shall Wither" is active, every 0.1s, after Skirk's Normal Attack hits an opponent, that Normal Attack will deal increased DMG. If she absorbed any Void Rifts while using Havoc: Extinction, this Normal Attack's DMG will be further increased based on the number of Rifts absorbed.
This effect will be canceled when it has triggered 10 times.

When all party members are either Hydro or Cryo, and if there is at least 1 Hydro and 1 Cryo character, party members' Elemental Skill Level is increased by 1.
Reason Beyond ReasonReason Beyond Reason
When nearby party members trigger Frozen, Superconduct, Cryo Swirl, or Cryo Crystallize reactions against opponents, a Void Rift will be created near this opponent. This effect can be triggered once every 2.5s. 3 Void Rifts created by Skirk herself can exist on the field at once.

Skirk can use the following methods to absorb nearby Void Rifts:
· When she hits an opponent with a Charged Attack in her {LINK#N11130006}Seven-Phase Flash{/LINK} mode.
· When she uses the special Elemental Burst Havoc: Extinction while in the Seven-Phase Flash mode.
· When she Holds her Elemental Skill Havoc: Warp to engage in rapid movement.

Each Rift absorbed will grant her 8 {LINK#N11130005}Serpent's Subtlety{/LINK} points.

  1. Too floaty.
Charged attack has no correlation with rifts even though they’re supposed to work together, just a shitty projectile that magically collects them.
    Boring NA spam.

And yet npc’s will still be obsessed with her. She’ll join Neuvi, Arlecchino and Furina who all have the most *intelligent* fanbases.

  3. i can’t believe they made her cryo and not a new element to revitalize the game, on top of restricting her to freeze too (useless reaction these days), i swear this company is allergic to making good choices.

  5. honestly… meh? I was expecting the character with more interesting concept, but I got almost zero team flexibility, basic NA spam as a gameplay, etc. I was expecting something like freeze or shatter buff, imagine a character, who makes freeze do damage or some utility instead of something like “you get the biggest def shred and damage in the game! but only in freeze comp BTW”. Smells like shi… I mean hsr balance team.
She’s also very expensive in terms of build, Escoffier is her by far the best teammate who syncs with her perfectly, and you can possibly go Shenhe or hydro sustain in third slot and XQ or Yelan on the fourth one. She’ll obviously be op with Escoffier, most likely strong even without her, but this unit is just boring, I think I’ll just go some other dps this time.

  6. Teammates tier list:

SS+: Escoffier (heal, res spred, god of ice, offield dd, wife)
SS: Furina (75% damage buff to a team with 3-4 damagedealers)
S: Shenhe (may be higher if have no Escoffier and cryo spread needed), Yelan (offield damage brr), Mona (since Skirk needs some ATK buffs, Epos and Noblesse are really good)
A: Ayaka (quick burst brr), Dahlia (25% attack speed brr, Noblesse user and Skirks f2p weapon needs some shield), Xingqiu (not uselees, hydro res pred), Rosaria (+15% crit rate to whole team of DPS), Charlotte (if played without Escoffier, a good heal+Epos+Noblesse)
B: Chongyun (E2 may be fun)

If you have 2-3 S or higher characters, then she is great and can make your acc stronger. If not, then better dont even try to pull her, you will not be able to see her potential.

Perfect team: Skirk – Furina – Escoffier – Something

  8. I was wondering, is it better to use ayaka as sub dps rather than shenhe on skirk+escoffier+furina team? Since ayaka dmg is mostly from her burst and skill, you can do a rotation with ayaka burst then skirk onfield. And maybe use Noblesse ayaka to buff ATK% on the whole team which she also increase her own burst damage. Shenhe provide 15% NA+CA dmg + 15% cryo bonus + quill dmg + 15% res shred (escoffier res shred is 55% so 15% from shenhe only have half value on most enemy)

    • Thought about it, for I myself have an Ayaka C2 that I have nowhere to use. So I calculated a bit…

Alas, Mona would be better in this role, as she would also wear Epos and give dmg buff, which would end up doing more damage than Ayaka’s ult.

    • Don’t think so, quill dmg is a lot and all the cryo members of the team benefits from it. Also Skirk’s passive increasing elemental skills by 1 is more significant in Shenhe than Ayaka, quill dmg comes from elemental skill. If you dont have Shenhe Rosaria could be better than Ayaka, to cap crit rate and buffing atk% with noblesse.

  9. So if i read this right, you tap her Elemental Skill do a Charge Attack, Burst and then you spam Normal Attacks.
But if you equip the Finale of deep galleries Artifact, then you need to do and NA first to not activate the Burst buff of the artifact
Even then you can only have 1 rift as you need to do Cryo Reaction, so you can only have 53 Serpent Stack. So 3 points over 50, that will be a 89,79% attack buff. It’s not low but it does feel wasteful not being able to activate it completely in the first rotation
