the 6th constellation fixes this cuz you now have two charges and every 8 second you can do one charge then
Each charge still takes 16s though. See Klee’s, Xiao’s, or Miko’s E.

Her c6 gives the shield 100% uptime but you still have to swap off every 8s to apply the shield
She still has an option of sac book. At least she’s not a spear user

I really like her design, I guess she will be our Lantern Rite character this time. I hope we can get her free from Liyue character selector so I can get her even if I’m unlucky not getting her from the Banner (be it Mavuika or Citlali’s).
Finally an anemo shielder to fill the slot for both shielder and VV shred. Her shield duration being the half of her cd is her only con. Just wish she had a better uptime for her shield without her C6. Guess that’s what we get for a 4 star shielder
