the new estive event is permanent
I wonder what happened in hoyo to let them increase their IQ and understanding they can KEEP they work, instead of throwing away everything, because they were too idiotic to keep it.
And I also wonder if they’ll ever find an excuse to get old events back; especially golden apple archipelago and fischl’s reign and their fkn good music.
If the artifact effect can indeed be triggered even when the equipping character is off-field, then what’s the point of stating “if the equipping character is on the field” at the beginning of the artifact description? did I miss something here?
The Crit Rate passive can only be activated on-field. The 10% Lunar Reaction buff on the other hand can be activated off-field.
