  2. Great. the perfect artifact set for nahida as dendro driver in my nilou team!
Now i’ll not only get her to 1000EM at last, but buff bountiful blooms even further.

    • Too bad half of the blooms will be triggered by other characters than your “driver”.
And now you have to find another character to wear and trigger Deepwood reliably on all enemies.
All that for a 10% increase in damage for one character’s blooms, IF all of the above happens and with full stacks.
Not to mention you have to start farming yet another set along with Deepwood and GD. The substats will be awful (lower damage) for months.

This set was doomed for Nilou teams when they didn’t make it a team buff. Another slap in the face from Mihoyo.

      • You’re right – Bloom trigger ownership is indeed shared – even with Nahida on-field. That’s they way Nilou’s team is supposed to work.

Anyone who wanted to play Bloom-related teams already has good sets for Deepwood and GD though. And getting those sets definitely didn’t take months – it’s much faster than balancing Crit ratios. So, by the time Paradise is out, farming it won’t an issue.

But if you want to think you’re getting “slapped in the face”, I won’t stop you. Whine away. lol

      • Nahida is my only dendro character in my nilou team. She will most definetely trigger bloom in almost all instances. Made sure about that in team composition.
And since i have Nilou C2 i already got enough resistance shred, so the deepwood set will only give me diminishing returns and is not really needed.
So I’ll gladly take that 80 EM + Bloom Damage Buff.
And the farming “problem” is a non-issue. It’s the same with every new set coming out. And since i also want the new anemo set for my heizou I’m not bothered too much by it.
and how is 150% only 10% increased damage? shouldn’t it be something slightly above 20%?

3-5 blooms while your kokomi and other hydro will get 20+ blooms

    • yeah, sure it’s better for hyperbloom and burgeon but for pure bloom nilou this set is still BiS.
      small exemple:
a chars wears paradise lost, is level 90 with 1000 em and has 30 resi shred via deepwood you do:
      1.15*2*1446.85*(4+1.5+1+[16*1000/1000+2000])= 39.378 per bountiful core
with the same settings, glided dreams and 2 chars from the same element (100 em more):
      1.15*2*1446.85*(4+1+[16*1100/1100+2000])= 35.532 per bountiful core
that’s with 400% bountiful core and it’s still 10,8% stronger.
      on 1500 em it’s 10.3% stronger.
apart from this glided dreams is sometimes kinda hard/wierd to trigger especially with nahida (even with triple hydro).

  3. Anyone have any idea how this set is going to work for Nilou? My Nilou is currently getting around 38k blooms. Would the set bonus apply on top of the damage I’m already doing? or would it apply to the percentage multiplier like her passive does?

    • Nilou should be completely focused on HP since Bountiful Bloom Core is scale with Nilou HP + EM of the character that trigger it.

      • That’s not what I was asking about. I know I’m going to lose the 20% hp from ToM but I’m wondering how much damage I’m going to gain the 4-piece set effect. I know she scales on hp, my Nilou currently has 69k hp. Sure the set mean that Nilou would have trigger the bloom but I’m there are some team comps where I can do that.

    • it scales like bountiful cores does:
0.9*2*1446.85*(4+1.5+1+[16*em/em+2000])=bloom dmg in this case +4 is 400% of bountiful cores, +1.5 is 150% from this set, 1446.85 is the multipier for being level 90, 0.9 is resi shred, 2 is blooms reaction multiplier and bountiful core counts as normal bloom.
this set is especially good at higher em value because em flattens.
f.e.: [16*0/(0+2000)]=0 (-> with +1 it’s not 0 anymore that’s why with 0 em you still do dmg. in case someone is wondering^^)
      [16*1000/(1000+2000)]+1=5.333
      [16*2000/(2000+2000)]+1=8
if you have 1000 em +1.5 is like having 490 more em with all bloom reactions.
at 2000 em +1.5 is already like having 923 more em.
since nilou already gives +4, em and +1.5 has less impact on the overall dmg of bountiful cores then burgon or hyperbloom (what is a 3x reaction multiplier and not 2x -> 50% more dmg then bloom) but in the end it’s for sure BiS for the char who trigger bountiful cores.
P.S.: don’t get me wrong hyperbloom and burgon do higher dmg numbers on really high em and especially on this set but bountiful cores are way easier to access because of one trigger condition less and, therefore, does plenty more blooms what is more dps at the end.

        [16*2000/(2000+2000)]+1=8 is wrong I meant
        [16*1000/(1000+2000)]=5.333
        [16*2000/(2000+2000)]=8
because it’s the important part of em scaling.

        • laughable easiness of the abyss is still to demonstrate. I struggle to have good artefacts, I farm and I cannot even get a corrects crit % crit DMG artefacts. it’s toooooo long to farm. and I’m stuck lvl 10/11 abyss… only one of my characters is 90 : it’s Nahida C2 and no, she does not do any 100k damage blooms with Nahida, just around 10k, 20k…
