Except for the fact that the ability of this weapon is arguably worse.
Is the “Cashflow Supervision” and “Rite of the Eternal Flow” materials mixed up? It’s weird that the Eternal Flow doesn’t require the water crystals and the Cashflow doens’t require the meka gears.
most sensible answer is that they didn’t want the signature weapons to also take the same materials as their respective characters because if they did you’d need to do a LOT of farming for that specific material. The meka gears especially since there’s not a lot of them available rn (as of 4.0 ~100 clockworks vs ~450 aberrants)
I like this one, it looks unique, actually suits Wriothesley’s aesthetics and the passive looks interesting. Totally gonna get it on his rerun.
While not entirely confirmed yet there’s still the possibility of him entering the standard banner. If he is entering standard you might want to consider pulling for his wep in 4.1 since it’s highly unlikely to return as Tighnari’s nor Dehya’s has yet.
since Venti and Hu Tao are also getting reruns in 4.1 there’s also the possibility of running alongside either Elegy or Homa both of which are cracked weapons. (Homa possibly getting even better as Fontaine introduces more HP scalers)

I see no difference between this and wanderer’s weapon
just rate vs dmg, but their use is identical

You don’t need the Blizzard set on him to get crit rate, just use Marechaussee Hunter, it works both in freeze and melt. Besides, you can still build upto like 40% crit rate even with cryo resonance, so the 22% CR shouldn’t be a problem.

The results are gonna be pretty different bro
His skill doesn’t actually deal any damage, so the only way to proc Pearl’s NA/CA buff is to burst, and that buff only has 6 sec uptime. Solar Pearl would also force you to NA before his burst to get the damage buff. It works, but with added inconvenience.
Is it good on Klee? Especially in comparison with ohters 5* options?
The passive is hard to trigger on Klee. If Mihoyo comes with a character that can consume the active character HP, then this would be a really good weapon for her, but we don’t have that yet. In burgeon with Klee and Baizhu you can activate the passive, but burgeon benefits more on EM, so even sacrificial fragments would do better.
Other weapon increase Normal Attack Speed but this one mention ATK SPD instead. Does this mean, it increase attack speed of all kind of attack animation including charge attack, elemental skill, and elemental burst?

It does seem like that at first from the passive, but I imagine the stacks will be hard and/or inconsistent to get with Wanderer, so it would be a waste for him.

If Furina will be a viable support for him and if the leaks about her draining the HP of your entire team are true, this totally dunks on his other current weapons. If Furina isn’t a viable support or the leaks aren’t true, then it’s just a stat stick.
R1 with 42% na, 36% ca, 8% ATK SPD, 12% ATK with the 2nd highest base atk tier. This thing is overscaled with stats, the problem with this wep is it’s viability to characters other than it’s main user.
