Item Story
Between two shores, past and present, A sky stretches vast and boundless, a limitless realm of freedom. Flowers are rooted in the earth, yet they still yearn for the endless sky, And though they are without wings, they still seek to rise through the air... Just as the fate of flowers is bound by the roots deep beneath the ground, The dandelions are destined to witness the heights and freedom of the sky. The endless azure empyrean is as if a dome that reflects the world beneath it, With white clouds above dotting the calm and peaceful sky. Just as the tenacious dandelions and wild chrysanthemums, The people of the verdant ground will heed freedom's call. The tyranny of storms and bitter winter may have oppressed them, And the virtues they held may have become corrupt and gone astray, But so long as the traditions of praising the skyward gales remain, And so long as this precious freedom continues to be celebrated from generation to generation, Then the people will ever soar to the sky like all the seeds of the dandelions, Leaning on their spirited souls to pursue a boundless and unshackled freedom. |

Guys it is valuable and it’s way op than lost prayers and widsith
I had a 30.5:226 crit ratio with 4 set of MH and it always crit anyways
I tested the damage of lpsw, Prototype Amber, Widsith, and BBB
this is all CA and all R1 and C0
(lpsw) solo 19k to 20k full stack of MH 90:226 CV, Full team(Dehya, Kazuha, Layla, Neuvi) and All Buff and CA Passive 25k to 29k vapo 50k to 67k
(widsith) solo 20k to 25k full stack of MH 60:281 CV, Same with full team and passive 28k to 31k vapo is 90k on em buff and then 35k on hydro buff
(Prototype Amber) solo 21k to 25k full stack of MH 60:226, Same full team and passive 28k to 30k vapo is 65k
(BBB) solo 23k to 26k full stack of MH 60:226, Same full team and passive 29k to 34k vapo is ??? I haven’t tested yet
why did they have to give it ER as a substat man
So you can use your burst every rotation
which is better f2p build for neuv, this or r5 prototype amber?
Just plug them both into a calculator, take the one that lands on top
Unless you’re doing the meme solo Neuv build, then Prototype Amber all the way
The passive on this is probably more valuable than the HP on pta (assuming you have decent cv), but consider Widsith as an alternative. Good passive and stats instead of one or the other.
Glad to see that this will be the free event weapon of 4.1, officially confirmed in the livestream today.
This looks like to be a very strong, if not best, Free to Play Catalyst for any user meant to be a main DPS. Wriothesley and Neuvillette are the most obvious ones, but anyone else who relies on normal and/or normal attacks and would appreciate the energy recharge substat will enjoy this.
4* characters Ningguang, Heizou, and Yanfei will enjoy this.
for 5*, in addition to the gentlemen joining the roster in 4.1, Klee and Wanderer will also enjoy this catalyst, and possibly on-field builds for Yae Miko, Kokomi, Mona, and Nahida.
Ballad of the Boundless Blue seems like one of the best event weapons in a long time due to how many characters will be able to make use out of it.
the characters you list won’t really gain much since they already generate a lot of energy and have low to zero energy needs when on-fielding and/or have a lot of other significant damage sources that are better than just normal attacks
Nah, Flowing Purity is still better for DPS Catalyst in general, provided you have a healer to clear the Bond of Life effect, since it gives bonus damage to elemental damage, which affects everything, from normal & charged attacks, skills, burst, and other stuffs that deals elemental damage.
You can get bonus elemental damage from plenty of other sources, and this bonus would be multiplicative with elemental damage. The bond of life is also just lost damage for Neuv especially if you now need more healing to facilitate it.
No, it would NOT be multiplicative.
All DMG bonuses are stacked additively, even bonuses who are checked over enemies, like Mona’s Omen. The difference between difference sources of so-called DMG bonuses is whether or not each one of them are to be applied for every specific attack, but should they stack, they are always added one to the other, not multiplicated.
Multiplicate bonuses need to be set apart entirely: For example, Yoimiya, Wanderer and Neuvillette do have abilities that stack multiplicatively with other DMG bonuses, and this is explicitly said in their Talent descriptions.
Good for C2 Mona?
Sure, if you are using her as a DPS
