well to me this weap is clearly underpowered considering last ones. Its passive is a bit above being mediocre, and this is because it’s not niche.
not to mention the buff it gives: 20 atk%, not a universal “damage” as xilonen’s weapon. if you want durin as buffer, freedom sworn is still better.
Xingqiu and Kaeya Bis
Sacrificial Sword is still the best on Xingqiu
