Each time I pass through an alley and see such an umbrella outside a store, I often find my thoughts drifting back to a certain event. Rumor has it that there once was an umbrella that sent the whole town aflutter with activity. I don’t understand why some people are hyping this sword. This is the 3rd or 4th EM sword we have? Slightly higher DMG bonus than iron sting. Why didn’t they make it a HP% sword? There are 3 fking sword characters that scale with HP in this game but no 4* or 3* HP% swords. bullshit

So its passive is: ‘fuck this guy in particular” as an on hit debuff, good for bosses or midboss duos where it pays to focus down one target first… Thing is I can’t think of any sword users that excel at single target that like EM… oh wait Keqing in an aggravate comp could work, maybe Alhaitham depending on what his kit ends up being… I guess Kuki could use it as an EM stick, too bad its not a def down or res down as that would boost her hyperbloom damage, sadly the dmg% up doesn’t work on transformative reactions i’m betting… we’ll have to see. though I think the effect might work off field if the one wielding the sword can do off-field damage…give to dendro traveller maybe?
Also, it’s passive mentions “characterS, wielding weaponS with this name”. Will there be a set of similar weapons? Or is it doable only in co-op?
