I feel that Thundering Fury will be more important for Clorinde now that her infusion duration is shorter. Will be a great help in giving her more field time or giving more flexible rotations.
I still think Clorinde will be the best Electro main DPS at C0. The comparison between C2/C3 Raiden Shogun and C2/C3 Clorinde for best Electro main DPS queen is a fascinating one.
will we ever get a long field time character for electro ? rather than these quick swaps ones ? even raiden has only 7 sec of dmg window
so her dmg depends on if she has >=100%, =100% version as fast as in the video?) but arle has 28% more dmg%, a longer dmg cylce and the better element type.

According to Jstern’s calculations, given the same team, she’s basically a Keqing side grade but with longer cooldown lol. Gotta learn to enjoy that 8.5s downtime in coop lol.

Wrong. We, Hu Tao and Alhaitam owners, HATE the fact that those two will lose their infusion when swapped out. It’s a major inconvenience in the Abyss and in the overworld. Even today we still question why they can’t have that mechanic, even though it already exists since day 1.
Arle has infinite infusion when played correctly. Can be swapped too. Favoritism is real indeed. 🙁
That’s because arle was designed for unskilled players and her whole point is to be broken.
Arlecchino is litteraly the first character (if I am not wrong) that doesn’t lose her infusion after swapping since 1.0 characters (Diluc, Noelle for example).
