The Bubbly Shield will persist until Sigewinne finishes using relevant skills. Additionally, after Rebound Hydrotherapy's Bolstering Bubblebalm or Super Saturated Syringing hits an opponent, that opponent's Hydro RES will be decreased by 35% for 8s.
