When a character in the team triggers a shock reaction, it will trigger a moon shock reaction instead, and based on Ineff’s attack power, the base damage of the moon shock reaction will be increased: every 100 points of attack power will increase the base damage by 0.7%, and the maximum damage increase in this way is 14%.
