Elemental Skill
* Restores Energy, then switches forms depending on whether Normal Attack or Elemental Skill is pressed.
Elemental Burst
* Launches “something” that deals continuous Pyro DMG to nearby enemies even when Durin is not on the field. Has different effects depending on his form:
* A Form – Larger AoE, smaller DMG multipliers
* B Form – Smaller AoE, larger multipliers
Ascencion Passive
* When Elemental Burst is active, gain the following enhancement depending on the form:
* A Form – When nearby party members trigger Pyro-related reactions, enemies’ Pyro RES and the corresponding Elemental RES is reduced by 15%.
* B Form – Durin’s Vaporize and Melt DMG is increased by 40% of his Elemental Mastery.
* When you have 2 or more Hexenzirkel members in the party, the above effects are doubled.
* Hexenzirkel members include Durin, Albedo, Mona, Venti, and Klee. Nicole and Alice will also be included, but I am not sure about Varka.
Signature Weapon
* Has a CRIT Rate stat.
* Activates the full effect when there are 2 or more Hexenzirkel members in the party.

Already feel he much more comfort than both Benny and XL, even with solo Hex.
‘bUt BuT XiAngLing PyrO aPp–‘ No one use XL nowadays. XL is not even on top 30 team in Spiral Abyss currently, filling her burst is a massive dps loss, 20s CD is also clunky and dps loss. If any character needs XL’s pyro app to work then that character is bad and outdated, sorry no sorry.
‘Bennett better’ Sure he is but circle impact suckass, I perfer clear the abyss only one time and slower than resetting everytime when the enemy run out of the map. Also standing inside Bennett circle will give you a pyro debuff and get one shot by any cryo/hydro enemy.
I will say I’m a bit disappointed that Durin’s off field application is tied to his burst as that means he is going to require energy management. Nonetheless, I like how he has both a “support” form and “DPS” form for his off-field damage.
I can’t really say much until the 6.2/Lunar 3 beta is out and we have multiplier scaling among other details. But it does seem that Durin is more focused on in-directly buffing older characters. As a solo hex* character, it looks like he will work very well as an upgrade for many teams that use characters from 1.X to 5.X.
Off the top of my head, here are just a few of them I can think of:
Chevruse Overload (especially for teams headed by Raiden Shogun, but also Chlorinde, and Varesa)
Reverse-Melt in form A (Ganyu and Wrio) or Forward Melt in Form B (Ayaka)
Burning Teams with Emilie and/Kinich
Burgeon Teams
International teams (like with Childe)
With additional Hex* members, Albedo (with his EM boost from his burst) and Venti (CC in general) may get niche uses as a booster for Durin in his B form. Klee will become more viable as a main DPS with Durin, and Mona can possibly get some more usage as both a main DPS unit and as a support with. I’m not sure about Nicole and Alice because of course they haven’t been released yet.
I hope Durin is a fun character to use!
If Jahoda or White Horse Fairy allows for Lunar-Swirl, Mizuki will be great again
I believe you said before jahoda is a four star? If she’s like aino she’ll buff up the teams swirl dmg but not lunar swirl if that’s a thing.
I saw a leak (and from my own speculations) that she’s gonna be a 4*. Varka was leaked to be a Main DPS so my two cents are gonna be that White Horse Fairy will play as a Sub-DPS/Support and Jahoda is just gonna be the brokie alternative.
Who knows? Only time can tell.
The white horse fairy is actually and adeptus from Liyue, so it’s unlikely she will have acces to any Nod Krai mechanics like Lunar reactions. That said it’s not entirely impossible since Lauma hints she could be “a divine envoy who once dwelled on the moon”.

Anyone notice this peculiar detail where almost every character from Nod-Krai has a silver casing around their vision? The playable current Fatui Harbingers and Ororon also have this silver casing around them.

I think and it’s purely speculation, that the casing around visions or the “moon wheels” that SOME of the nod krai cast has is based on either the origin, or if they have “knowledge” of certain things, deer woman is an example, aino has a nod krai vision that’s golden and labeled as a vision. The other one is nefer. But flins, and jahoda have moon wheels. And for the aforementioned flins and deer woman they both have some knowledge of things.
(I’m being vague to not spoil.)

We got her already for free from the introductino of sumeru.. making her free again now, makes zero sense.
If it has to be a free Dendro Character and from Sumeru, then Kaveh makes much more sense to be free, because he hasn’t had yet an Event based around him to be free.
There are also plenty other 4s options, which haven’t been yet fro free and are already older characters, like Mika, like Chevreuse, like Faruzan, like Iansan for example…I doulbt your claim very much, you are the whole first person I see even mentioning this here, ive yet to see anyone talk about this on leak site like reddits leak area and usually you get to see there infos like that first and not from some kind of random guy here xD
