5.4 Banners (STC):

Praying that Wriothesley’s weapon banner isn’t rerun with one of the healers.
One weapon requires Swirl and the other requires Bond of Life. Truly a dreadful day for anyone that sees these heavily Niche weapons.
Well the Swirl weapon isn’t that bad, as any Anemo catalyst can take advantage of the massive amount of EM (well maybe except Xianyun who doesn’t trigger lots of swirl), and all other catalysts (except for Barbara and Nahida whose Ults do no hits) can still get 128 EM, which is among the highest you can get from any weapon. Sigewinne’s bow on the other hand, really is only useful on herself.
Eh technically Furina’s sword is also only really useful on herself – on anyone else it’s a CDmg stat stick, and will require her to be present to take advantage of the passive, in which case you might as well put it on her to begin with.
Damn, no new map on 5.4? I thought we would have gotten that, given that 5.3 didn’t have a new map either.
No. 5.4 will be the “dry” patch. It’s because, at the same time, Star Rail will be entering 3.0. Da Wei wants you to spend money there instead.
Meanwhile I will be playing Monster Hunter Wilds.
They’re milking you dry in 5.3 so they’re giving you time to make more milk in 5.4

I’m surprised to not see any new artifact sets, guess Citlali and Mavuika are getting the 5.0 sets on my account.
Don’t quote me but I think natlan might just have the 5.0 set, I’d be either pleasantly surprised or disappointed if it’s a good or bad set. (Looking at you Fontaine healer set.)
