    • From the sounds of it you need C4 to do high single target damage. Or you’re never getting more than 65% DoL and that’s with wep and ult. If you don’t ult you have 50% DoL which is good for 3 attacks at C0… So each attack better be like 50k or you’re not killing anything significant and have to wait 15s to do it again. I’m sure there are some translation issues tho… hopefully. I am likely getting C4 either way so i’m good but F2P will struggle. The one thing i think is wrong is the 20% 25% 70% buff stages to the E. I sounds like the middle one should be 45% not 25%… Which will significantly help her C0 F2P single target damage.

      • Her lv3 blood debt gives 70% BoL in ST her sig gives 25% I believe and her ult is 15 so that should be 100% (I assume BoL caps at 100% of your hp) which I think will be fine, she definitely excels in aoe though
        Also her not being tied to any reaction in particular makes her much more versatile than other recent units

        • Yea but you have to wait around for 6 seconds not doing anything for it to build up that high. While other characters would have likely killed the enemy by that point. BoL caps at 80%. If it was 100% one touch and you’d be dead.

          She can probably Vape really well with Yelan/Xingqui still massively increasing overall damage output. But who knows.

          • Blood debt almost definitely persists while Arlecchino is off field
            6s is enough to do your support rotation after using Arle’s skill

            As for the BoL limit, I’m aware that blood debt can only gain 80% in a single recovery but I’ve never heard of the effect itself capping, but as you say “one touch and you’d be dead” idk what you’re referring to, as BoL locks your health and doesn’t decrease it

          • The cap of her BoL per use is tier 3 skill which is 70%. The overall cap is 80%, you can’t go higher than that.

            Yea, the skill would, but like… for not “hard” mobs… you’d never really do it would you? Easy mobs Arle just kills, hard mobs you’d wanna set up buffs sure, but what about the middle? No reason to set up buffs, but without it Arle is really slow. Same issues Eula has. Easy mobs just 1 to 2 shot them with 20k auto’s. Hard just set up your ult and go for a 500k nuke to kill them (1m in my C6 Eula case.), middle however? Annoying, just use Raiden or Yelan. (Tho ofc Yelan can kill hard mobs easier too.)

            Doesn’t it also make it to where your remaining white HP is what gets damaged during a hit? Like BoL makes your HP red and while, the red HP does not tick down if you receive damage, instead the white HP does. if all your HP is red, you’d have no white to lose and as such you’d just die. Forgive my ignorance if this is incorrect i don’t really know much about it. I’m a C6 Yelan user and just kill everything instantly with her under a Zhongli shield so i’m not really all that knowledgeable when it comes to newer techs since i never really see them anymore.

          • The sources of the stack are:
            – skill passive -> 20% per enemy, up to 80%
            – A1 -> 70% if enemy with BD dies and 20%/25%/70% aditionally when using skill’s passive (not sure if this is limited by 80% from the skill description)
            – ult -> 15%
            – Signature weapon -> 25%
            – C1 -> +5% and not loosing 5.5% with 1/3 rate -> 10.5% with 1/3 rate -> nealy 3.5% per hit

          • In her elemental skill description it states that she gains BoL for each marl recovered and within 20s of using skill, 80% BoL can be obtained IN THIS WAY (meaning her Burst and sig weapon should be counted separately and ignore that cap)
            As for how bond of life affects your hp, I don’t have enough experience to know for sure, but in my personal testing against fatui, it doesn’t affect how much dmg you take, only healing

          • I think one of us are misunderstanding something yes. The leak says a few things.

            First of, the skill giving 20% per stack is NOT on the skill description, in fact the skill says nothing about “Stacks” at all, it’s only the talent that mentions the E skill can stack multiple times and stack 1 is 20% stack 2 is 25% and stack 3 is 70%. The skill says 20% but it does not mention “Per stack” or anything of the kind.

            Second of, the skill says. “Within 20 seconds of activating the skill, you can only gain BoL equal to 80%.” It does not mention from the skill effect, but in general.

            I guess we will have to wait for future leaks to say who’s right and who’s wrong.

  1. waiting for the day they let us upgrade characters to more than lvl 90 and hopefully give them a third passive that actually, directly buffs them (characters like Dehya real buffs instead of new teammates for which she isn’t even close to the best option)

    • Dialogues of the Desert Sages – When the wielder performs healing, restore 8 Energy.
      Rightful Reward – When the wielder is healed, restores 8 Energy.

      Rightful Reward triggers when you get healed, the Desert Sages triggers when your character heals another.

      Much worse passive….But it does have better substats.
