When this effect gains 3 stacks, or when the third stack's duration is refreshed, Nefer's Elemental Mastery will be increased by 100 for 8s.

  4. so… hmmm… does she want like a not!hyperbloom where she sometimes is making dendro cores and sometimes has electro aura on her opponent? her kit really would seem better for spread/aggravate, the tacking on of bloom but not actually doing any bloom cores seems forced.
