Any inquiry that transgressed the ordained order was deemed an unforgivable sin, tantamount to seeking the world’s annihilation. As sovereign of the world’s watchtower, it wielded the authority bestowed by its creator — the power to correct all matters of “innovation” and “evolution.” After enduring countless aeons of nescience, it finally chose to open its eyes and defy the will of its creator, beholding both the falsehoods and the truths of the world. The Watcher does not know why its master departed. Only the eternal punishment remains, trapped within a stagnant interstice of time…

	Watcher: Fallen Vigil	Once a Watcher dwelling in the heavens, it can monitor and counter elemental attacks. In combat, Watcher: Fallen Vigil will enter the Supreme Overseer state. While in this state, Watcher: Fallen Vigil will track the number of Pyro/Hydro/Electro/Cryo DMG instances it takes, respectively. When it has taken 3 instances of DMG from any of these elements, it will exit this state and record this element as a monitored target. If no element is monitored successfully, the record stays empty. For elements that are already being monitored, more instances of that elemental DMG must be dealt before it can be monitored again.
