For you to obtain this bottle you’re gonna need to finish the dirge of Bilquis quest, and then finish a second quest called Rejoice with me, whats was lost is now found. You find the first quest in the events area where the compass is. You’ll find it where it says, desert of hadramatev, hit where it says go to quest or mission, and you should be all set. The second quest right there where the first one finishes, just talk to Yehts friend who is a girl that has face carf just like her. I hope this helps, me and my boyfriend just found it!
