it COULD be good for Tartaglia but the battle pass bow is better, the bow is perfect IF you have a archer character that wants ATK and ER, is used as a mainline DPS (therefore on the field and using the normal/charged attacks) that can constantly use their skill with a 12 to 15 second cooldown, and that said character doesn’t exist yet.
