She could literally use any polearm that doesn’t give her HP% or DEF%(Even physical) which is literally just Black Tassel the 3* weapon

Kitain has a higher Base atk that kinda(but not much) makes up for the lack of atk% boost.
It depends on who will use, what they need and what team composition is equipping character in.
I saaay, Kitain for Better Rotation of characters, then this one if the user is fully supported by his/her team.
