  1. Had a ton of these laying around when looking for stuff for Dehya when I noticed the 45s is listed in blue like it’s a trait that changes with refinement but doesn’t. Makes me wonder if they just never fixed it since 45s for a shield is a very long cd.

    • agree, dehya full HP build, for fun game play that non shield party

      and i also fun game play for coorp, for now we only have, C2 diona, and C1 layla, for f2p sharing shield (ignore that C2 geo daddy because not much player have him with C2)

    • I don’t understand how this weapon is not already looked over by more dehya mains.
      She is clearly built for HP stats and people are still trying to build her for damage, it’s like building Zhongli for damage, it’s never gonna be optimal.
