If both characters have the same Elemental Type, these bonuses will not stack.

Item Story

Observe, calculate, record, and inscribe: every world within the reach of wisdom is being engraved into the eyes of the void.
For some reason, the race that claimed to have transcended time continued to carry out an eternal mission among the stars.
Despite their knowledge that the darkness which erases existence itself was an inevitable end beyond all return,
the chroniclers, the descendants of the ancients, remained faithful to their mission, engraving every star into memory.
And this voyager, newly awakened from the void, was but one among those countless chroniclers.

Though its light had dimmed greatly from a remembered brilliance, the starry expanse all around still bore witness to existence in its desolation.
Yet, this was not far beyond the voyager's expectations, for it aligned almost perfectly with the calculations on the celestial chart.
One detail diverged, however — a single point of light absent from the star map, where the image departed slightly from what was foretold.
In the memories she had archived in the library of her distant home world, it was a newly born, habitable planet.
But now, it lay shrouded behind several impenetrable fields, its primordial flame stripped of the radiance it was meant to bear.

She called on memories long consigned to dust, memories of how, once upon a time, she had visited the sovereign who ruled that world.
Where had its former master gone? And why had the new Descender built the shell that bound all life within?
The chroniclers' kind abided by ancient laws, one of which was never to interfere with what they observed.
However, should those branching paths of time that seem to hold endless possibilities be nothing more than a veil of ignorance leading to a single end,
why are we still driven by instinct and nature to explore every path in the labyrinth of fate?
Perhaps the time for change had come, or perhaps this was merely the result of curiosity. Her mind reached into the world within the shell...
