The guests of The Flagship come from a variety of backgrounds, each with their own idea of what “comfort” means. Striking a balance between all these different expectations is no easy task. Eventually, The Flagship settled on a unique solution: furnish its rooms with every amenity a client might possibly need, then remove the unneeded items based on their feedback. Although the room may feel a little cluttered as a result, it provides everything a guest could need, allowing them to find comfort in their own way. |
