40 responses to “Skirk”
*Doom post comment*
she looks really cool and I’m definitely going for her. even though there’s a lot of words the kit is very simple, pair her up with characters who do cryo and hydro off field and she will do dmg
please hoyo make this unit usable without escoffier…
what is her best f2p weapon?
Finale of the Deep, similar as Ayakas
Actually any 5* weapon due she has a lack of attack and needs something with good base attack. If you need 4 star, then Finale of the Deep (with heal) or Calamity of Eshu (with shield)
Does C1 deal 500% ATK once or 500% for every Void Rift absorbed? So if I have 3 of them will it be 1500% nuke?
As I understand, she basically has 2 styles of play?
1. E Tab -> Q to buff attacks -> Spamm buffed normal attacks like a normal damagedealer
2. E HOLD to get 45, get some more from Voids -> Q to make a almost 4000%+ nuke -> Swap
Or I get if wrong? Does it make any sense at all to use option number 2?
anyway, for those like me who hate to read hoyo’s absurd descriptions trying to understand how everything works, here a gpt’s explanation:
Skirk’s Serpent’s Subtlety Management and Optimization
Objective:
To maximize Serpent’s Subtlety points and optimize their usage for Havoc Ruin and Havoc Extinction, while ensuring the highest damage output during Seven-Phase Flash mode.
1. Initial Accumulation (Cooldown Phase):
Use Havoc Warp (Hold) to gain 45 points of Serpent’s Subtlety.
Trigger Cryo reactions (Frozen, Superconduct, Cryo Swirl, Crystallize) to generate 3 Void Rifts, each providing 8 points when absorbed.
Absorb the Rifts using a Charged Attack, Havoc: Extinction, or by holding Havoc Warp for rapid movement.
If all three Rifts are absorbed, Skirk gains 24 points, reaching a total of 69 points.
2. Entering Seven-Phase Flash Mode:
Activate Havoc Warp again to gain another 45 points, potentially reaching the 100 points cap.
During this mode, Skirk can still absorb Void Rifts to maintain the 100-point cap, but any overflow points are lost.
3. Active Phase (Seven-Phase Flash – 12.5s):
While in Seven-Phase Flash, use Havoc: Extinction, which consumes no points and allows further Rift absorption.
Focus on using Normal Attacks, as each hit benefits from the All Shall Wither effect, increasing its damage output based on the number of Rifts absorbed.
If 100 points are maintained, avoid using Havoc Ruin until the optimal moment.
4. Burst Execution (End of Seven-Phase Flash):
Just before Seven-Phase Flash ends, activate Havoc Ruin if Skirk has at least 62 points, maximizing the bonus damage from the extra 12 points over the 50-point minimum.
This timing ensures that the Burst benefits fully from the increased damage scaling provided by the extra Subtlety points.
5. Cooldown Phase (9s):
During cooldown, repeat the Rift generation and absorption cycle to rebuild Serpent’s Subtlety up to 69 points, preparing for the next Seven-Phase Flash cycle.
Key Considerations:
The optimal Burst window occurs at the end of Seven-Phase Flash, ideally with 100 points for maximum damage scaling.
Maintaining Rift generation and absorption throughout the cycle is crucial to keeping Serpent’s Subtlety high.
If the cooldown overlaps with Seven-Phase Flash duration, the cycle may be shorter, allowing for faster skill reactivation. Otherwise, the full cycle duration is 21.5s.
If I get this right, her Q CD is 15 and no matter if you used the non-energy version. So if you use your Q for normal attack dmg boost, then you cannot use the big nuke at the end.
Being in her skill mode completely deactivates her normal ult, so you just can’t use her normal ult before the special mode ends
Waitwaitwait. It looks like she’s а phys damager (except for burst)? Thats sucks
She can still go into Cryo Infusion via Seven-Phase Flash mode.
Since it’s not on here (yet), I’ve added the descriptions for each of her keywords. Thank me later.
Serpent’s Subtlety
Skirk can consume Serpent’s Subtlety to maintain her Seven-Phase Flash mode or to use her Elemental Burst, Havoc: Ruin.
Skirk can gain Serpent’s Subtlety points in the following ways:
· After using her Elemental Skill, Havoc: Warp.
· After triggering the effect of her Passive Talent, “Reason Beyond Reason when absorbing Void Rifts.
When Skirk leaves the field while in Seven-Phase Flash mode or when Seven-Phase Flash ends, her Serpent’s Subtlety points will be removed.
Seven-Phase Flash
Skirk will switch to this mode for a fixed time when using the Elemental Skill Havoc: Warp. This mode has the following properties:
· Continuously consumes Serpent’s Subtlety.
· Increases Normal and Charged Attack AoE and Skirk’s interruption resistance.
· Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks are converted to Cryo DMG that cannot be overridden.
· Her Elemental Burst, Havoc: Ruin is converted to the special Elemental Burst Havoc: Extinction.
· Skirk can move on water when she Sprints.
· Skirk will exit this mode when Serpent’s Subtlety is fully depleted or its duration ends. Then, the Elemental Skill will go on cooldown.
her in razor language:
cryo arlecchino
I wonder if her CD for her skill starts the moment you tap it or after her Seven-Phase is over. Cuz that’s a long CD…
are you drunk? 9 sec cooldown even in 12.5 duration is long?
Probably after the duration is over, similar to yoimiya, wanderer, hu tao…
Here we go, boys. Can’t wait to read all of the deranged shitposts. I’ll start: “It’s so skover”
Can you add descriptions for some keywords on this site, like for Serpent’s Subtlety and Seven-Phase Flash? Maybe when you hover over the keyword where it says {LINK}{/LINK}, it shows the description like a pop-up. Or put it in a separate section? Much appreciated.
