imagine they making a set which gives crit dmg or rate for 2 pieces and crit dmg + rate for 4 pieces
i know i ask yoo much
i think this will also be bis for Alhaitham would be weird if only 1 character uses this set
He’s dendro?????
al haitam is dendro not anemo
Alhaitam is dendro not anemo
So for Xiao they buffed this set from 30% to 40% and also has the normal 15% anemo is this sett now better than really old Xiao sett anyone done calculations? seems nice buff
xiao has tons of dmg% buff on himself, so.. most likely this set is a bit better than 2x 2-pieces atk +18%.
depends on ur team and weapon it might be close to vermilion if u give him a lot of atk buff, but its not worth to farm 4-pieces (same as vermilion) for that 5-10% dmg increases especially if ur current 2x 2-pieces have a godly substats
copium on C6 Mona?
2 set anemo bonus damage is a dick move from hyv. If it was atk bonus damage it would be perfect for everyone!
Man forgets Ayato exists, and how this would be about a 8-10% average upgrade over 4P HOD, even with ATK% 2P. Its applied as a common damage bonus, which means 40% added to ALL ele/phys damage types, when calculating for NA/CA/PA. Which means Kamisator siblings, Cyno, Heizou (which is fine imo), Yoimiya, Jean (which is also fine since she’s dual ele/phys).
Xiao could use an upgraded 4P, but Ayato, Ayaka, and Yoimiya should not be equipping an anemo set just to get more damage than their own 2P/4P. Shime is already a significant boost over 2p/2p CW/ATK% for Yoimiya. Quickly flicking in and out of CA stance to proc the artifact set before you start a fight, is not difficult. Its just dead time anyways, since you need to wait for most enemies to be positioned, buffs to be setup, etc. The .3 seconds or less that a minimal charge CA takes is nothing compared to the comparitive always applicable 40% common damage boost to NA/CA/PA. 10% less than Shime for Kamisato siblings and Yoimiya, but it doesnt take energy from them thus they can spend more substats on CR/CD.
I think I’ll be slapping this on my Heizou. Won’t change his E-Damage, but his general damage should be much higher.
Yeah Valley Rite is currently tripling my NA crits on my C6 Heizou with 72/200. 6/13/9 so not even fully scaling with ATK%.
This most likely is meant specifically for Scaramouche, but I wonder how much better it would be in comparison to idk 2 glad/2 viridescent? Like would it be worth farming?
if there is no Cooldown it’s vastly superior to 2pc glad.
15% atk is approx 5% dmg for most atk carry characters.
this set is 10% atk speed (probably close to 7% overall dmg for scara)
AND 30% dmg on normal and charged ( probably close to 20% overall dmg for scara)
so… 5% vs 27%
its 18% atk not 15%, youhave to get better substats (crit ratio) before it can beat 2pc combo and have to farm again (resins, time and luck)
shimenawa is 50% but at the cost of consuming energy
this artifact was buffed, it used to be 30% and now 40% they had to increase it for a reason hmm
if you have also a bloom based character that can utilized the other set then its worth farming (resin-efficient)
ATK SPD scales 1:1 or higher in DPS provided you are
1) Calculating for the same attack in both scenarios
2) Have same CR/CD and crit occurence/EM proc in both scenarios.
So, 10% ATK SPD will be 10% DPS (not necessarily direct damage, just extra attacks, so its possible for it to be larger than its ATK SPD stat). However if you sacrifice too many support buffs just to get ATK SPD, its possible to lose large chunks of overall DPS. Ayato with ATK SPD cap and jean c2/yun jin c6/Chongyun will lose at least 30% overall damage just because he isnt getting the ATK/ele bonus from C2 Kazuha, C5 + 674 bennett, etc. ATK SPD Is good, its just not a 1:1 replacement for your entire support roster. Im sure you can clear 9-12 with ATK SPD with 36 stars. It just wont be as high DPS.
This set seems strong enough for us to ignore the anemo bonus and use it on other characters. It’s also a huge Jean buff since it increases her NA/CA while giving extra Anemo dmg for her skill/burst.
Jean normal and charged attacks omegalul
I’m extremely salty about this set, because it looks so goddamn gorgeous and I don’t have a single character I would put this set on.
Its probably going to be at least a 5% buff for Ayato, provided equal or better substats on this set. 15% anemo does literally nothing for chars that dont do anemo damage, but the common bonus for NA/CA/PA doesnt have an energy cost. This set is probably a mistake on MHYs part. Im thinking the community will love it, but it WILL powercreep Chasm domain.
Having to CA with Ayato to setup the affect just seems like it would be clunky. Not really worth months more farming for a 5% damage increase in that respect. Not saying that it wouldn’t work, but it would be more fluid on characters that not only benefit from both 2pc and 4pc effects, but also have CAs as a natural component of the damage output. We’ll get to see though, as nothing is better than actually putting theory to practice.
It would certainly be more fluid to stick with 4P HoD or Glad on Ayato. But, its not like his CA doesnt also have a slight “gap close” to it. So it can kinda be precast for positioning.
But, I do think that most people probably wont notice much difference between their HoD or Glad that theyve worked on for 1-2 years, and a new set of this.
My comment was expecting that someone would do some kind of pre-cast/preposition, swap to supports, then back to Ayato. Its not like Jean/Xiao/Heizou dont use a CA at some point (maybe minus Jean if the enemy cant be floated). PA>N1C is a typical single target Xiao rotation during his burst, so this artifact set will naturally proc after his first plunge. I also use the PA>N1C and an E now and then, for positioning mobs for AOE. But I have Xiao C6, so I get more E’s in most chambers.
best nigguang set ?
Yanfei.
Her bonus dmg% is already very high so trading 7.5% pyro dmg (CW) or 5% charge attack (Wanderers) for 10% haste & 30% NA/CA/Plunge is worth it to gain faster seal generation for more CA spam.
I don’t have Xiao but this seems better than his previous artifact set that was supposedly made for him. If it is, its sad that players had to spend so much time farming an artifact set to be later power crept by this one.
Pretty sure this isn’t better for Xiao than Vermillion Hereafter.
Ok, thanks.
Xiao has a ton of affixes, so getting 66% ATK for him is more profitable, especially with his BiS PWJS or Calamity Queller that give a high total base ATK. That`s also the reason why a good ATK% goblet can work just fine on him, more so when it`s near 50% CV and the best anemo goblet is still around 30% CV(not bad if 1-2 missed rolls dropped into ATK%).
Another thing is that the duration of 10s is too short for Xiao and there`s a need to make a CA to activate the 4p option, so the cringe level for Xiao is just a bit lower that donning him in Shimenawa,
AnimeTo, buddy, PA>N1C is literally Xiao’s single target rotation during burst. This is because they nerfed his PA a bit, putting about a delay after landing from a PA. So, you N1C to do some damage while waiting to be able to jump again. 40% common damage for PA/NA/CA is going to be better than 66% ATK. The ONLY exception might be Calamity Queller.
Since ele bonus stat tends to be weighted around 1.2-1.3X the raw damage amount of ATK, % for %, it is quite possible and likely that this set will edge out 4P VH by around 3-5%, presuming same substats. This will likely be a noticeable (accidental) powercreep on MHYs part.
Anemo>ATK% as well on goblet, unless substats differ massively. At equal substats, Anemo outperforms ATK% goblet by a minimum of 8%.
