  1. The weapon is only good for Neuvillette, noone else. If you dont have him then it will just give u a bit of hp and a bunch of crit dmg. Dont pull for it if u dont have Neuvillette. If u got it on accident – abandon it, wait till another character good for it comes out or pull for neuvillette.

          Cashflow supervision has a really cool design though

          But at the end of the day this is just a weapon and it’s a fairly good one at that (niche but good)

        • It has higher base atk and 30% more crit dmg
          Maybe a hot take but widsith isn’t that great, it’s a nuke weapon
          Plus Furina makes this weapon (and Fontaine weapons in general) much more generally viable, I see it being quite good on vape Yanfei or Klee
          Yes the new weapons are niche but they’re not bad

One thing I don’t understand, why they create a weapon main stat CD + Ascension stat CD, then hoyoverse force us to take CR helmet, my yelan has HP% helmet + Hp sand+ hydro bonus cup, They really nerf him in this way I guess, I don’t really like that, coz CR helmet with good sub stat it’s not easy to get it

    • His BIS artefact set will get him 36CR.

      Assuming you have 3 – 10 CR on all your pieces on him, reaching 70CR is not that difficult.

      I’d build him with CD circlet and aim for 10CR on each piece.

    • nop this is a super buff, look at hu tao. I have done the calcs and I can easily reach a ratio of 70 crit rate and 300% crit damage with 80em and 120% er (some rounding). To give an idea of what my relics are:

      flower: em 61, cdmg 6.2, crate 6.2, er 15.5
      feather: hp% 9.3, flat hp 299, cdmg 18.7, crate 7.4
      hp sands: em 23, def 63, crate 5.8, cdmg 14
      hydro goblet: crate 8.6, er 4.5, atk 33, cdmg 14
      cdmg circlet with no good subs

      so yeah you can get some insane build on him specifically bcs he has so much cdmg and his set gives so much crate

    • I’m running 76/270 crits with the Marechaussee Hunter set active using a HP circlet. You don’t need a CR piece.

    • It’s actually very difficult to not go above 100% crit rate on him, because Lyney’s set is the set that gives crit rate. If you go with crit rate circlet, you only need 2,5 row crit rate rolls per the remaining 4 artifacts on average to reach 100% crit rate. If you artifacts have any more or any better crit rate rolls than that, you are basically forced to crit damage or HP circlet on him.
      If you go for this weapon, you should be able to reach 70%/300% with relatively minimal investment.

    • you only need max. 64% CR with Marechaussee Hunter set, 5% Base + 31.1 from circlet i.e, 36.1%.
      rest of 27.9% from 4 artifacts flower, feather, sand and goblet… that’s like 7% from each artifacts which is just one more roll into CR and two if it’s a 3-liner without a CR sub-stats.
      I’d say it’s actually possible to hit 100% 🙂
