柔燈之匣
·間歇性對附近的敵人發射「純露芳息」,造成草元素傷害。
·附近的敵人處於燃燒狀態下時,將間歇性產生「香韻」,每2秒至多依此方式產生一枚香韻。柔燈之匣會萃集附近的香韻,萃集兩枚香韻後,其品階將會提升,發射純露芳息時,將額外發射一枚純露芳息,且提高上述攻擊的攻擊範圍與造成的傷害。
·同時至多存在一個艾梅莉埃自己創造的柔燈之匣。柔燈之匣創造時的初始品階為一階,至多提升至二階。處於場上時,若8秒內未萃集香韻,則柔燈之匣的品階將會回到一階。

What a joke they removed the 30s cooldown on her second passive if she react with electro but kept the -90% damage if she hit targets that are affected by quicken (so as soon as electro+dendro react its over) so that absolutely doesn’t change anything, having any electro will result to her no longer dealing any dmg, that’s disgustingly limiting

    Elemental Skill:
    * Level 2 Lumidouce Case Attack DMG buffed from 135.0%x2 to 151.2%x2
    * Level 2 Lumidouce Cases no longer revert to Level 1 if it hasn’t collected any Scent for 8s.

    Elemental Burst:
    * Level 3 Lumidouce Case Attack DMG buffed from 252.54% to 390.96%

    Passive 1:
    Dendro DMG Dealt buffed from 500% to 600%

    Passive 2:
    Her old P2 has been moved to P3. The new passive is:
    * “For every 1000 ATK Emilie has, she deals 15% increased DMG towards Burning enemies, for a maximum of 36% DMG.”

    Passive 3 (new):
    * When the Lumidouce Case created by Emilie is on the field, all party members gain 85% Pyro RES against Burning DMG. (this was her P2)

    C1:
    * DMG dealt from P1 buffed from 10% to 20%

    C2 (new):
    * OLD: When the Lumidouce Case created by Emilie collects Scents, Emilie will gain 1 Special Blend stack, increasing her ATK by 18% for 10s. Max 2 stacks, each stack is counted independently.

  3. Imagine if in natlan hoyo guys become intelligent, and they start to create new resonances, reactions. Now dendro and geo can create a new one! During the years people theorized these things, and actually isn’t that difficult.
    Maybe it is for hoyo.
    What a pity, and what a waste.
    Emilie as burning niche but also burning with geo can create something we don’t have yet.

  4. Emilie got a massive W guys. As far as latest beta changes have been made, whats happened is that they removed the 90% reduced damage against quickened opponents and the disabling of her A1 for 30 seconds when triggering spread or quicken, but now her skill will drop down a tier if no burning enemies are present for 8 seconds.

    So this is actually a huge dub for Cyno mains. Finally someone to somewhat replace Nahida in multi-wave. We can also start seeing overburn, burningload, and many mix-and-match of burning teams. Chaos Cyno might actually have a strong legit team.

    Im curious what teams will be made around her. Perhaps a Furina forward vape team or a Dehya overburning team sounds good.

    • Eliminate that burning aura and she immediately lose that 36% dmg bonus from her A1 passive. If you want simply dendro applier, there are other better options.

    • As someone who fully abhors Nahida as a character (which also got indirectly heightened by a certain fanbase of her’s), fervent hope is held out for Emilie to act as a decent substitute with somewhat consistent Dendro application that isn’t locked behind a burst—at least enough for Cyno to do Cyno things. So far her E has 100% uptime. If they nuke it in the coming weeks, that’ll be yet another skip for me since 4.3.
      Most Electro comps keep using Nahida, and whenever a new Dendro character is showcased, it’s still Nahida right there taking up most of the screentime. And then they’ll just straight-up nonchalantly turn it into Nahida Showcase #83.

      Also, Emilie design appreciator here. Never cared about the “pretending to be sad and depressed ‘ara-ara mommy’ thicc etc” lavender lady-whatever design. Kind reminder that Rosaria already exists.

      • Eyy same. I refuse to use her. But I always asked myself with Emilie: I will only be using her as a dendro applier since I usually just do quickbloom. Is it worth getting a 5 star just for that since her damage will be non-existent anyway?

        If they remove that restriction, 100% grabbing her. If not, maybe on a rerun when we get more burn friendly units.

Plus I’ve been playing since launch and can clear everything in the game by now without issues, so “wasting wishes pulling for trash like Emilie instead of Nahida” really is a moot point. I don’t like Nahida and I don’t need her. It won’t change. I like Emilie, so I’m pulling for Emilie. It’s that simple. Not my fault if that makes people become lethargic. Nahida is portrayed as a little helpless baby, and I’m just not into that. Nor “el-oh-el-eye” characters in general.

          I’ll use Emilie as just a fun new toy to mess around with, assuming no nuclear nerfs occur.

          • Ah that makes sense. I’ve been playing for less than a year and still have to prioritize pulls. But I am closer to that stage of pulling for whoever I want seeing how after Furina’s rerun, I’ll only be missing two characters.

            May your Emilie pulls go as you want them to and your dendro teams remain Nahida-less :3

          • Nahida is portrayed as a helpless little baby lol. She contributes more toward the Traveler’s journey than all other Archons combined. People like her because she is an actual badass character even though she is short.

    • emilie is better dmg upgrade for burn related team.

      tho If you are already wreck abyss with current teams then emilie wouldn’t give you anything extra over nahida.
      but good pull if you plan to use nahida on the other team.

      you can also use both emilie and nahida on the same team and nahida use deepwood to buf emilie’s dmg in a pure burn team.

      honestly a decent unit you can both skip and pull without any problem.

    • Less Barbara vape damage (no Nahida EM buff) but higher Emilie personal damage compared to Nahida’s.
      Barbara isn’t a particularly great plunge character in the first place so losing a bit of plunge damage by replacing Nahida with Emilie will likely improve that team’s damage. Maintaining the burning aura on enemies with Emilie and Xiangling shouldn’t be a problem.
      If you want to improve the team, Emilie could be worth it, but if your goal is just to deal big damage numbers with Barbara specifically, it’s best to keep the team as it is.

  6. Initial thoughts on Emilie,

    I feel that Emilie is going to a great Sub-DPS character. May not top tier, but definitely high tier (around the level of Yae Miko).

    She has great uptime on her elemental skill, and does good damage, both in terms of single target and for AOE. From what I’ve seen of burst, it seems similar to Ganyu and Ayato’s burst, except it last for a much shorter duration but does more damage in that short window.

    I think that upon release there are going to be two main team templates Emilie will be used on:

    “Pure” burning:

    Teams that rely heavily on boosting her raw dendro damage, with burning damage secondary. Would likely consist of Emilie, another dendro character holding Deep Wood memories for Dendro Resist and additional Dendro application, a pyro character, and either a anemo character that can infuse Pyro or a another Pyro character.

    These teams can help underutilized units get some usage, such as Klee, Dehya, Sayu, Kiara, and Collei.

    Burn Melt:

    Teams that rely on the Pyro aura to allow Cyro units to reliably cause the reverse melt reaction. This team template is already usable with Nahida, but Emilie has the advantage of higher personal damage and burn resistance, in exchange for less AOE and Dendro application. With Emilie this would require a Pyro unit to inflect Pyro status, a Cryo unit to trigger the melt reaction (Wriothesley, Ganyu, Rosaria, or Chongyun are the main candidates for this in my opinion) and a flex slot. The flex could be an Anemo unit with VV to shred cyro resistances, Zhong Li (who gives a shield and shreds all resistances) or Shenhe to directly boost the reverse melter’s damage.

    Emilie could be used for Burn Vaporize, but the only hydro unit who could reliably use this reaction is Neuvillette and he has other teams that are probably easier to use.

    Additional characters from Natlan could make Emilie even better but she looks to have a pretty solid foundation at launch.

    • Emilie is only good in Burn comps, but because of her Passive Talent and the way her Elemental Skill only procs with Burning opponents, this prevents her from building Aggravate/Spread comps with her. So basically, not a good pairing.
