The achivement didn´t make it into the released version of the game. You can tell because the reward is mora. Hope this helped. Reply00000

Yeah we’ve all done it and the achievement isn’t popping. Might be bugged.
How do you obtain this achievement?
Use the ability of the “Xenochromatic Ball Octopus”. Does what it says on the tin.
