  1. Imagine the game with dozens, or hundreds of different sets. How infinitely better would be, but at the condition it’s not so shitty getting a set.
How many combinations you would do? i saw many times on the net various ideas, because actually it’s not that difficult to invent something like this.
I asked to chat gpt to invent, take a look of how many interesting ideas. And side note, but even if reactions are not for every element with every other element – a very very sad things, a missed opportunity, you still create a pseudo one with a set: for example if the team is composed etc, the set triggers a specific bonus.

    Example:

    Flame Wind Alliance

2-Piece (Pyro): Increases Swirl reaction DMG by 20% when triggered by Pyro.
2-Piece (Anemo): Increases Pyro DMG Bonus by 15% when Swirl spreads Pyro.
4-Piece: When an Anemo character spreads Pyro using Swirl, all Pyro characters gain 20% increased ATK and CRIT Rate for 10s, and all Anemo characters gain increased Movement and Attack Speed by 10% for the same duration.

you want a melt team? you like 2+2?

    Blazing Frost Pact

2-Piece (Cryo): Pyro and Cryo DMG Bonus +15%. (may sound a lot, but we’re saying it’s very conditional: only 2 and 2)
4-Piece: Triggering a Melt reaction increases ATK by 25% for both Pyro and Cryo characters and reduces the cooldown of their Elemental Skills by 15% for 10s.

    you like vape?

    Steam Surge Covenant

2-Piece (Hydro): Pyro and Hydro DMG Bonus +15%.
4-Piece: When Vaporize is triggered, increases both Pyro and Hydro characters’ Elemental Mastery by 100 and Elemental Burst DMG by 20% for 10s.

Random easy pyro + geo buff?

    For Pyro + Geo:

    Magma Core Union

2-Piece (Geo): Pyro and Geo DMG Bonus +15%.
4-Piece: After triggering a Crystallize reaction, Pyro and Geo characters gain 30% increased DEF and ATK for 10s.

Pyro + Electro for the new possibilities with Chevreuse?

    Stormfire Link

2-Piece (Electro): Pyro and Electro DMG Bonus +15%.
4-Piece: Each Overloaded reaction increases CRIT DMG by 10% for Pyro and Electro characters, stacking up to 3 times for 10s.

2 hydro + anemo? bad? not so much like this:

    Ocean Breeze Alliance

2-Piece (Anemo): Hydro and Anemo DMG Bonus +15%.
4-Piece: After triggering a Hydro Swirl, increase the Movement SPD and Elemental Skill DMG by 20% for Hydro and Anemo characters for 10s.

    Cryo + Dendro?

    Frostbloom Alliance

2-Piece (Dendro): Cryo and Dendro DMG Bonus +15%.
4-Piece: When triggering a Dendro reaction with Cryo, both Cryo and Dendro characters gain 20% increased Elemental Mastery and a 15% increase in Elemental Burst DMG for 10s.

A funny set which is a free tartaglia:

    Neptune’s Embrace Set

2-Piece: Increases Hydro DMG by 15%.
4-Piece: Hydro attacks have a 25% chance to apply “Riptide,” which continually deals Hydro DMG to the affected enemy for 8s. If the enemy is defeated while affected by Riptide, it explodes, dealing AoE Hydro DMG to nearby enemies.

well, we can go on ad infinitum… they can invent whatever they want, they just need a bit of fantasy and do it.
And fix how farmign is conceived.
getting a lot of sets will make the game more more interesting..

    • I have an artifact set for you, it’s called “Loser makes his own artifacts with cringe titles thinking they sound cool”

      2 pc: +18% cringe
4pc: Reader of comment dies of cringe

Maybe next time you think you sound cool, remember that you don’t and that you sound like a dumb kid.

    • Ignore those contrarians, these are good ideas.
I’m sure plenty of people would agree that it would be nice to have sets that help some of the weaker reactions.

  2. The only read good thing about this reaction, is that it doesnt rely on crit, hence it bypasses that massive pile of dogshit called “farming artifacts”.
Ofc you still need Em, which is the rarest one not by chance; ofc also you need ER as substat, but it’s still way faster than building a good set with balanced crit ratio.
If this new set boosts it again, to me personally every reaction team will be much better than any other dps one. Not dps wise but you don’t become insane farming and farming again. Just slam EM with ER, and and enjoy enemies collapsing.

  3. Power creep to the max. Hyper bloom teams were already crushing before.

Now there’s nahida AND this new set to boost it to astronomical proportions
