i think so, especially if you don’t have c1 to use her burst more. shes pretty much just all skill dmg and it will work outside of agro teams.
Works best when Yae Miko’s constellation is high (when i say high, i mean C6).
This one works when you put Yae as the electros refiller for spread team with Alhaitham or Tighnari. Otherwise if you do Aggrovate with Nahida, the existing sets might be more ideal.

how will this match up with tenacity on fischl? tenacity is a team-wide buff, while GT buffs fischls personal dmg, which is a lot + her A4 counts as skill dmg also.

It’s not the best choice for Albedo as well, because Husk is still the best one. But the difference is little, so If you don’t have it, you can give him this full set.
Just use genshin aspirine to see yourself the result. Give him a totally wrong set and in custom bonus add 60% skill dmg, then use full husk, and see that husk wins by a margin.
In teams that aren’t related to electro reactions, definitely. Otherwise, not at all. Fischl carries aggravate teams because of her A4 which has no cooldown nor ICD, her Oz is useless aside from enabling the A4, but in such teams her damage is carried by the amount of times A4 triggers, Oz is really just standing there. The issue is that since Dendro came out, almost all of Fischl’s teams are centered around electro reactions. Aggravate, Salad (hyperbloom with electro swirl as the trigger), heck even Electro-Charged teams use her pre-Dendro, so her A4 is always a big damage contribution and she’ll prefer sets like Gilded, Thundersoother, 2pc Tf, etc. basically any artifact set that can increase the dmg of her A4. But aside from that, in teams where there are not enough electro reactions like Itto triple Geo with Fischl, or arguably spread teams (because Spread doesn’t trigger her A4, but her A4 still triggers a decent amount of times regardless), her A4 does considerably less dmg and it can definitely be worth building her on this set so Oz can deal big dmg.
