Che si trattasse di draghi sprofondati nei sogni o di santi che si scontravano senza sosta nei regni eterici... Nessuno si accorse dei piani di colui che si spacciava per un Saggio. Venne stretto un accordo tra gli abitanti della valle e i nobili discendenti. Esso spense le fiamme della sete di sangue dei capi guerrieri, lasciando solamente il placido silenzio della morte sui sentieri avvolti dal fumo. In questo modo, persino i guerrieri più impavidi della valle si sarebbero piegati a colui che chiamava le stelle. Sebbene non facesse parte di nessun grande piano, la decadenza dei caduti lo disgustava ancora. Così, usò dei piccoli trucchetti per incitare la giovane a ribellarsi contro i draghi, tutto in nome della buona volontà. Come aveva ipotizzato il Saggio autoproclamato, manipolare i cuori umani era sempre stato estremamente semplice. Solo allora il Saggio, che pensava di poter controllare i cuori degli umani, si rese conto che i semi ardenti del tradimento erano già stati seminati da tempo. Bensì aveva accompagnato il canto della Wayob appena nata, dalla profondità delle sale del Reame notturno... Aveva gettato le fondamenta della tribù dei "Mictlan" per i successivi mille anni. Sette strati di tende invisibili in quella cella sigillavano l'antica e oscura terra del caos. Nel vento della notte e nella luce gelida del giorno, le formiche rubarono i riti segreti che nemmeno il Saggio autoproclamato avrebbe mai potuto sperare di fare suoi. After getting my Citlali to c2 I pulled as much as I could for this. Only got it up to R3 for now. Will definitely make it my first 5star R5 weapon, it is very, very good.
Citlali now buffs my Yae Miko’s damage higher(~44%) than my Sigewinne does (~36%)
Still waiting for Mihoyo to release a pyro char that I actually like (and isn’t outdated like Klee)~ She will really shine, then.

Is this the Best In Slot for Lan Yan?
No, Lan Yan needs atk stats for her shield and her skills are based on atk too. You can build her in crit too if you want some dmg. The best weapon for her would be skyward atlas or memory of dust (actually memory of dust in insane on her as a shielder)
like charlotte, even if she scales with attack her multipliers are ass, so building with crit is worthless just focus on the shield
with C6 baizu , the passive is constantly active during battle right, no matter how long it is , right?
if I put this weapon on baizhu, switch to Fischl, who SNAPSHOTS, will she keep the buff off field?

It depends on whenever it will be seen in stats or not. But i’m afraid it will work like Yelan’s buff which Fischl cannot snapshot
This buff is like Furina’s, which cannot be snapshotted, as it is ‘deal x% increased dmg’ instead of ‘gain x% xxx dmg bonus’, the latter appears on a character’s stats (which is how you tell what can be snapshotted and what cannot).
weapon banner nowadays is only good on certain character. the only one who suit this catalyst is onli ctilali or maybe copium baizhu.

Ningguang really wouldn’t mere fact that em she really wouldn’t use in slightest. Character that’ll probably run with Citlali and be free apparently, Lan yan, will make use of it also. An anemo catalyst shielder who uses em somewhat naturally. So mainly her, baizhu and Citlali
Could someone explain how this weapon works? It seems to imply that nearby enemies will take 24% more damage (multiplicative and not in the form of a %dmg bonus). Although Aqua Simulacra has a passive that is similarly stated, but it only adds a %dmg bonus. However, it would make little sense for a purely support weapon to have 2 restrictions to give a 24% dmg bonus when Xilonen’s weapon gives a 25.6% elemental dmg bonus to everyone on the team without any restrictions and for 15s and not 10s with no downtime.
I think it will work like Mona’s burst, the discriptions are very similar, and Mona’s buff considered as DMG% bonus
Aqua’s passive isn’t similar at all. Aqua states it gives the wielder a DMG bonus, while this is phrased more like a Mona debuff. The only thing that is similar is the trigger condition ‘When enemies are nearby’. That makes this rather more powerful since DMG% bonuses are common, but enemy debuffs are significantly less common.
