Could that be the Wanderer’s weapon? He was known as the Balladeer before right? And now he’s an Anemo character…
That last line seems pointed directly at Dottore’s “segments”. It would be easy to see a thousand worlds if you could be everywhere at once…
The bard is probably Venti and the god of winds is probably Istaroth or that’s my theory
