One of the weirdest weapons in the game. Like, you have a stick with ER%, that gives you NA and CA dmg bonuses. Who can even utilize it? If it had PA dmg bonus, I could say Xiao, but no, it doesn’t. Xiangling rarely even touches NA’s and CA’s, while Zhongli’s burst already recharges fast as hell. Hutao has nothing to do with ER as well, since her burst is also quick to recharge, Thoma… no, Shenhe – also no, cuz weapon’s base attack is trash, Yunjin/Candace – quite useless passive for both of her, but I can see it work in DPS build, Yaoyao – no and last one for now is Mika, which is also no. So we left with Raiden and Cyno, but Raiden deals burst dmg, not NA/CA, so she also doesn’t need it. And then we have Cyno – the ONLY character I can see use this weapon normally. But… Cyno came out WAY later than this weapon…. such a weird weapon, as if mihoyo just used “Throw Random Bullshit” card on it.
It’s a decent weapon for Yun Jin and Candace if you have them built well.
It works well with Cyno but Kitain is a much better craftable weapon for him since you can also get increased hyperbloom damage, while still improving his recharge from the passive.
It was also felt pretty good on a Rosaria with Chongyun team I had “at earlier AR levels”, but I use The Catch now and only focus on her off-field burst.
