If Scaramouche’s A4 counts as Elemental Skill/Burst damage, Solar Pearl is his 4 star BiS.
Update!
Did a TC about this and no, the arrows from his A4 does not count as Elemental Skill/Burst damage.
In terms of 4 star weapons, The Widsith is still a good weapon for him, though the Solar Pearl would be better in a 4p co-op world.
My advice is that stick with The Widsith especially if you’re f2p, I’m actually malding over getting my Solar Pearl to R5 just to learn about the
damage type his A4 is. I ended up getting Tullaytulah instead.
