Does this sword have a chance of being good in Xilonen?
I’m going to pull for Xilonen’s weapon and if I lose I want to know if this sword can be used in Xilonen

Not good at all for a Support Xilonen, which is her primary playstyle. But the DPS playstyle is viable, and this weapon would help. Consider it a consolation prize haha.
You could also consider this for another character, like Furina. It’s surprisingly quite good for her, especially if your team has a Geo character dealing any amount of damage. For example, Kachina with Cinder City would synergize well with this weapon to further buff Furina’s already-high skill damage.
