Clorinde weapon except she already has a metric ton of crit rate anyway.
I guess it bottoms out at 40% boost even if your legs are rooted to the ground, so, not a terrible weapon for any ATK scaler.
Maybe for Valeriy then or Vesna? Maybe since Valeriy si Electro, he zips around like Keqing but not just for ult. Or Vesna with her wings flies around lol
Odette weapon. But i don’t know if I should prioritize this, or Alyoshas, or Sandrones?? T_T
