The second quest right there where the first one finishes, just talk to Yehts friend who is a girl that has face carf just like her.
I’ts say on its description that the Jinn may still know what it is, as well for Small Atmospheric Vortex, maybe we get the Jinn in a quest/side-quest thats hidden.
