A strange Ley Line disorder has once again appeared, this time in Liyue’s Sal Terrae. You must breach the depths of this unpredictable Domain, for only by defeating powerful foes can the turmoil be quelled… Of course, where danger awaits, so too do extraordinary treasures…
Eligibility
Reach Adventure Rank 20, and complete the Archon Quest “Song of the Dragon and Freedom.” (Complete the Archon Quest “Perilous Trail” to get the best experience from this event.)
Event Rules
1. Difficulty: During “Dire Battles in Darkness,” players can pick from 5 difficulty levels. In ascending order, they are “Normal,” “Advancing,” “Hard,” “Menacing,” and “Fearless.” From the “Hard” difficulty onward, you can only unlock the next difficulty by clearing the current one. For every difficulty level, players must complete three battles. Each battle has its own time limit, and you must defeat all enemies within the allotted time to complete the corresponding battle. The higher the initial difficulty selected, the more “Ley Line Disturbances” restrictions will be applied during the challenge, and the tougher enemies will be.
2. Co-Op Challenges: “Dire Battles in Darkness” allows multiple players to form a team and attempt a Co-Op Mode challenge. In a Co-Op Mode challenge, different players cannot select the same character. They will all be affected by any “Ley Line Disturbances.” Additionally, the combat power of your opponent(s) will be changed to that of the Co-Op challenge for the corresponding difficulty. This combat power will not change according to the number of challenge participants.
3. Disorder Outbreak Rewards: In the 10 days after the challenge is available, the Ley Line Disturbance will be in an “Outbreak” state. Players with Adventure Rank 45 and above can challenge stages at “Hard” difficulty onwards, and upon completing them, can consume Original Resin, Condensed Resin, Fragile Resin, or Transient Resin to revitalize special disturbance-affected Ley Line Blossoms and obtain rewards from their chosen Domains of Blessing. They will also accumulate Dire Prestige, which will let them obtain more rewards. |
