Substats: crits and EM. Her main source of damage is lunar-bloom, which doesn’t scale with atk.

why em/em/cd? and not em/em/cr ? reaching 70%cr from subs are imposible without lossing other subs
The artifact set will give you 30% cr assuming you’re in ascendant gleam. You’ll easily reach a decent cr amount with substats and you risk on overcapping on it if you run a crit rate circlet instead.

You can safely assume she will compatible with almost if not all of the Nod-krai.
Just her being Hydro is plently useful enough.
lets take example of furina and mavuika that really suitable and almost best in slot for entire char that release in fontaine and natlan, so i assuming they gonna do the same to columbina, and its gonna make a lot money so why not xD
