After getting him at C6, yes, he’s shit. They just made him for fanservice and that’s all. They know so well that this game commu is full of gay shippers so they make this character so you can ship and get wet.
Same thing with Sethos tbh, and same reason he exists too, some trash 4 star “DPS” (doesn’t matter if Sethos’ “good” with Nahida/Chev/Furina and Fischl, they can make any shit cope “DPS” work, because they themselves are so busted) that exists just to feed the fujoshis by forcing some random, outta-left-field gay stuff with Scaramouche of all people because he’s the only guy left with no pairing in Gaymeru, also to appease the incels who are afraid the male characters will “steal their waifus”, so they shove in some gay pairing to make the boy characters non-threaning to their masculinity, the difference is just that Ifa is likeable and a bro.
ps. also, the fact his healing scales off EM while his burst, which can potentially deals good damage, scales off atk, is another proof of how retardhoyo is fooling around once again.
Make him a burst shot man, or make him healer. First case is okayish, but barely healing means why him; healing is okayish, but no damage means why him.
Hence, to me, is B tier
and B only for the fact anemo is a good element (not broken as time ago, or hydro) and for VV set.

It might not be the strongest kit, but it is good enough as a 4* to make some nice taser teams better.

I’m still pissed off that they didn’t buff his tiny healing. Like girl, adding an increase in his healing will still not make him a top tier character so why cheap out with him? I was so looking forward in using him in random coops. I just hope his heal will be enough to counter Azhdaha’s damage over time.
People are really judgemental that fail to see that he is going to be incredibly good.
He has a way to heal and buffs Electro-charged DMG, that clearly aligns with Ororon.
He has grouping in his Burst, which is always good.
Catalyst which gives access to really broken stuff.
Problem is that he is Constellation dependant, but still he will be a good on-field driver, given that maybe off-field DMG is going to be the meta on Nod-Krai.

If he is good, then my shit is gold.
Problem is that Ifa does all these things, but his scaling is quite weak across the board. If placed on an radar chart for ability, Ifa would be well-rounded but the enclosed shape would be small (like Dori). His mechanics are decent, but if you want to use him in difficult content you will need good equipments, synergestic teammates, and strong gaming skills.
